A éviter !!

+ La propreté de l'appartement, les équipements électroménagers et Tv , la literie. L'accueil, nous avons pu nous installer en fin de matinée au lieu de 15h.

− Nous avons choisi cet appartement pour sa terrasse.... actuellement, mauvaise idée ! - le propriétaire a omis de préciser que 3 chantiers mitoyens sont en cours ou débutent. - de ce fait, terrasse inutilisable à cause du bruit ( 7h30- 16h30) et de la poussière. - La terrasse est très bien équipée et même si un auvent est aménagé, il y a beaucoup de vis à vis avec une barre d'immeuble la surplombant. - Obligés de rester à l'intérieur, le salon est très sombre. - Promiscuité des voisins avec les fenêtres à 1 mètre. -Climatisation capricieuse , il manque une notice car particulier. Il est important également de préciser que l'escalier d'accès à la terrasse est très étroit et très raide.

− Ne zusätzliche Wolldecke wäre schön gewesen. Und es war sehr laut und staubig, weil direkt neben dran eine Baustelle ist. Aber da kann ja die Unterkunft nix für.

Very spacious, with sunny terrace, nice interior!

+ It is a very spacious appartment, with granite plate flooring that keeps cool, automatic AC with panel displays, dishwasher, nice set of utensils, as well as selective, but very original interior (like huge laps, nice couch, big bed, sunbenches on terrace) etc. We visited during the 9-15th may Malaga Festival and with few sunny days it was an awesome stay. The appartment is slightly more expensive than other ones, but for two people (with different sleep patterns) is more than optimal as you can have a day of sunlight on the terrace and theres is no wind there so feels warmer.

− There was a construction site just right below the bedroom, which we werent warned about.

Nagyon jó.

+ Nyugis hely a társasház legfelsőbb (harmadik) emeletén. Minden érdekes látnivaló gyalog 10 percen belül elérhető). Sok étkező hely és bolt a környéken. Jól felszerelt konyha. Kényelmes tágas franciaágy. Nagyon jó, részben fedett, saját tetőterasz. A szomszéd telken folyó építkezés még nem fejeződött be, de már nem volt zaj.

− Januárban voltunk ott és fűteni kellett. A klímákkal nagyon kellett bíbelődni, nem volt hozzá semmi leírás, de végül nem fáztunk.

Para el invierno no merece la pena.

+ O melhor que tiene es la cercanía de los sitios para ver en Málaga, lo mas lejos Muelle UNO y playa a 25min andando. Pero se hace ameno por las calles y el encanto de la ciudad

− Espero que para el nuevo huésped le hayan conseguido el mando de la tv. 3 dias sin el, y el último esperando a que compraran uno universal, cosa que conseguí yo un domingo en un chino… No sé si funciona la calefacción porque nadie explicó como se ponía, se quitaba o manejaba y en el salón con sudadera y manta todos los dias. La cafetera llevaros cápsulas de nespresso, NO hay cafetera italiana. Sino no desayunarás café ningún dia o te tocará hacerlo fuera. La terraza muy chula pero faltaría algo más de luz

Perfect homely apartment for a stay in Malaga

+ This property had everything we needed! It was comfortable, clean & equipped with everything. A great location, close to everything. We will be back!

− Very little to complain about- there were building works going on beside the property which meant noise throughout the day but this was unavoidable.

+ The terrace was very nice

− Right next door to a major construction site complete with 300 foot crane. Site is in operation from 8am to 6pm with a one hour break. Therefore renders the terrace pretty unusable and that’s the best thing about the apartment.

Short vacation

+ Great, spacious apartment which was very clean and had everything as described

− Heating was controlled remotely, and we had to contact the owner on 3 separate occasions to get this turned on. There is a large building development next to this apartment block which didn't bother us as we wake early but it started at 8am everyday.

Great location

+ Location of this property was excellent. Could walk to all attractions, restaurants and the beach. Having the terrace was a real bonus on hot days we could sit out and sunbath. It’s very steep steps up to the terrace so not ideal if mobility issues. My only dislike was nothing the owner could do anything about. But parking our car was very difficult without having to pay £24 per day.

Superb

Stunning apartment in an amazing location!

+ The sun terrace was a real draw when booking this apartment. It’s massive and is well equipped with outdoor furniture. It has plenty of shaded areas and the sun beats down throughout the afternoon and early evening. Lovely tapas bars and restaurants nearby were in easy walking distance. Everything needed for our stay was available in the apartment which was lovely, clean and fresh. It was extremely comfortable. The location was just perfect for access to the old town and local attractions and places of interest.

− We arrived quite late at night as our flight was delayed. The self check in instructions were not clear or accurate in our opinion. In addition, we were instructed to find the key safe in the first window when in fact it is the second. It was dark and difficult to see and to access the safe. Major building works are ongoing next door which spoilt time on the terrace due to excessive dust and noise from the diggers. All the apartment windows needed to be closed during this time because of the building dust. We know this was beyond the control of the hosts, but prior notification of this ongoing work would have been helpful before making our booking.

Really found dream little spot

+ Amazing property / location and so much space and great value for money with most amazing roof terrace - 5/10 minute walk down to centre and everything you need. Couldn’t recommend it more highly and lovely owners who were helpful on hand 24/7 If I come back to Malaga I will be back here for sure! Super comfy bed so quiet and everything was perfect Thanks again 🙏🏻

+ A really well designed spacious apartment. Super clean. The roof terrace is huge. Bed is comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Team are responsive to messages. Thank you guys for a lovely stay

− The only thing was that there are no toiletries in the bathroom - knowing a lot of people travel light, to have a shower gel there as a minimum would be super helpful.
