− El proceso de entrada fue complicado. Los códigos no funcionaban y tuvimos que intentar varias veces. Lo peor fue al salir, cuando nos mandaron una foto de la cocina toda rayada y nos dijeron que habíamos sido nosotros. Nos cobraron más de 200 euros, es decir, una cocina nueva! Nosostros ni siquiera ensuciamos la cocina!! La usamos una vez para calentar un pan y no le hicimos nada!! En los próximos lugares que vayamos tomaremos siempre fotos, a la entrada y a la salida, para no caer de nuevo en estafas como esta. El proceso de comunicación con ellos también es complejo, tienes que clicar para aceptar los mensajes, pero a veces aceptas y no llegan los mensajes. Cuando escribimos para intentar resolver, tardaban horas para responder y luego dejaron de responder. NUNCA MÁS!!

+ Very large triplex with plenty of light filled space. The sitting room leads into a very sunny terrace, there is a very well equipped kitchen. The Sun terrace in the roof is a bonus!

It was a lovely stay overall in an amazing apartment, amazing location and lovely people all around!

+ The location is really close to the sea, multiple beaches as well as the highway. This made it really easy to traverse the island of Tenerife as well as not feel isolated with having pharmacies, restaurants and grocery stores all within reach.

Excellent apartment and area as advertised but hosts lacking in friendly customer service .

+ The apartment had everything you could need for self catering , superb views and area .

− The host met us in a táxi and instead of having the táxi follow him to the apartment, he handed me the keys sat in the back of the táxi , hurriedly explained which key was which ( hard to see in dark) and extra keys on keyring not needed so we still struggled to find the apartment in the táxi . There was no communication mid stay with the host just checking that all is OK or asking of any issues . The booking .com form also didn't explain the option for late checkout and the host was rude in the text messages when we checked out late due to a miscommunication ( we did pay for the late checkout in the end ) . The host blamed us the guests for all the miscommunication instead of taking some responsibility themselves. They do not allow for no Internet signal or phone access and expect replies too quickly ( gathering all party info isn't easy if live and work separately) also don't take into account that people may be working right up until day of trip and may not see messages etc . If they have a phone number , text messages would be better than emails.
