− Problém byl jen najít volné parkovací místo v okolí pro auto

+ Nous avons passé 2 nuits en famille, nous avons eu un petit souci de machine à laver et notre hôte n'a pas hésité à venir dans les 15 min pour régler le problème. Literie très confortable, appartement propre avec tout le nécessaire disponible. Appartement climatisé un gros +;en ce temps de canicule, à 25 min du centre de Barcelone,petits commerces aux alentours pour dépanner et un très bon rapport qualité prix ( nous étions quand même 5). Je recommande

− Indépendamment de l' appartement et de l'hôte, prenez votre mal en patience pour trouver une place de stationnement ( place dans la rue), mais nous avons tout de même toujours réussi à nous garer 😊

+ Mieszkanie czyste, pachnące i bardzo dobrze wyposażone.Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą obiektu.Szybko reagują na każdą wiadomość i służą pomocą.Lokalizacja około 40 minut od centrum,ale dobrze skomunikowana.Bardzo dużo autobusów.

+ Komunikacija z lastnikom je potekala preko WhatsApp. Ob prihodu sem prejela kodo za vstop v zgradbo. Lokacija je s centrom Barcelone povezana z avtobusi, ki so v neposredni bližini. Vožnja traja +30 min. Stanovanje je bilo čisto, dobro opremljeno, dovolj prostorno za 5 oseb.

+ L’emplacement et les places de parking gratuites et relativement disponibles dans la zone. La proximité des commodités (restaurants, commerces, outlet, …) Les équipements (sèche-linge, clim, ventilateurs, …)

− La terrasse non fonctionnelle (store défectueux, absence de table et chaises)

The 3 bedroom Aparthotel of Ca La Lidia is really an excellent place. Aircon and washer were great.

+ The location is quiet and safe. Accessible to grocery, mall, restaurant.

− I was not able to get in touch immediately with the owner. We called her for 2 hours before she responded. She said she was in China and due to time difference she was not able to answer her phone immediately. Other than that everything went smooth and our family had a memorable experience with everything!

+ Great apartment for 1 night stop over before going on a cruise. Great communication from owner to access apartment. Clean tidy and well maintained

− Air conditioner is only in living room & the rest of apartment has no air conditioner & is very hot. ******Host requires whoever is staying there to empty a 5 gallon jug on the porch for the air conditioner because there is not proper drainage. If you don’t empty it, the host will be calling you when you are trying to enjoy your vacation in the city and say you need to come back and empty it because the neighbor complained.****** The area of the apartment is not good and feels unsafe. No remote check-in. Someone has to meet you at the property to give a key and only speaks Spanish leading to misunderstandings about how staying there includes fixing the air conditioner and the host harassing you while you are out to come an hour back from the city. Couch fits 2 people and tv is very small. Very few plugs in the apartment and very inconvenient placement.

− More Kitchenette should be included. Toiletries should be included. Mosquito net should be added to windows. Windows were not closed properly. Cloths drying stand should be placed.
