Hem estat molt còmodes durant tota l’estança. És un espai molt net i agradable per viatjar amb amics

+ La casa estava molt neta i amb tot tipus d’instal.lacions, sobretot a la cuina, ja que comptava amb tots els estris necessaris. Els lavabos també molt ben equipats.

− El rentaplats no funcionava correctament en alguns moments.

Nice place to stay when visiting Logroño

+ The location was great. Walking distance to everything. Kitchen was well equipped. Host gave us great restaurant suggestions. Parking in garage a few blocks away was included.

Great host, place needs some renovation.

+ The host was very friendly and helpful, we arrived late but he helped us to get food locally and met us at the garage which was 2 streets away. The main bedroom had ensuite, air conditioning, and was a good size, the other two bedrooms were OK but without a/c. The lounge diner was a good size and had a/c. The patio was huge, overlooked, but not a problem. The kitchen was quite well equipped, but a kettle for boiling water would have been useful. The location was great - just a few minutes walk from the old centre and very quiet.

− The only thing was the decoration which was a bit tired. The floor in the kitchen was coming up, so not recommended to walk barefoot, and the patio could do with some tidying up. It could be a really great asset if some awning for privacy and new furniture were put in. The wood benches didn't look great.

Excellent location close to the old town, clean and comfortable.

+ We were met by our host at the train station and driven to the accommodation, he was very helpful with advice on where to eat and get good coffee. It is only 5 minutes walk to the old town where you will find the best tapas bars. The kitchen facilities were very good for a family, and two bathroom and two toilets. Also there were bakeries and supermarket close by. If you hire a car there is a safe and secure garage to park in nearby.

Lots of potential but needs a lot of work and care.

+ Located in the old town. 3 bedrooms. Nice inside parking garage just a few blocks from the apartment. Few steps and elevator so it was very convenient.

− Owner/manager was out of town but his dad met us at the garage. A very nice man but no English at all so we struggled with communication en route. No instructions for washer dryer or oven microwave. Couches were dirty and covered with blankets. 99% of the plants on the patio were dead and lots of trash out there. Needs to be cleaned up.

+ Lovely apartment, had everything we needed! The courtyard was amazing to have especially with a toddler. Cafe right downstairs, shops and supermarkets nearby. Just perfect. Oh and Ramón was SO friendly and kind while giving the tour and making sure we would contact him if we needed anything extra.

− The ONLY thing I can think of is to keep some spare blankets in the bedrooms as it was quite cold in the house especially with the extra cold weather.

An oasis after a long week of communal living.

+ perfect break from the Camino to enjoy a home cooked meal with friends. So nice to wash clothes and sleep in a private room with our own bathrooms. pure luxury.
