+ Acogedor y lo mejor que hay una heladería a lado.

− Que el baño está dentro de la habitación y si hay dos personas y una duerme en el sofá cama, se tiene que meter al baño e incómoda al otro.

+ 很溫馨的空間，家人跟小孩都很愛，距離海邊超級近，附近有一間超市，很大間，星期天沒開，停車場也很方便

Lovely seaside apartment on the outskirts of Valencia

+ Key collection was very easy. Our host was communicative and gave us all the information we needed. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The host also put up a cot in the living room area for our daughter - she was very comfortable there!

− The parking spaces were difficult to get into as they are very small and at complex angles. Was quite tricky to manoeuvre the rental car into the space

+ No le falta de nada. Muy arreglado y reformado, todo bastante nuevo. Sitios cerca para comer, comprar etc. En invierno muy tranquilo.

− La comunidad, la escalera muy antigua con falta de pintar y reformar. No afecta pero afea.

+ everything was great staring from the check in following the check out.

− Your two glass doors somehow miraculously survived 😅 we have a 2yo baby who decided it to be her favorite entertainment. also, i would advise buying better/bigger/more quality towels.

+ The apartment is clean, bright and comfortable. It's location is excellent. It is very close to a lovely beach and is surrounded by restaurants. It has a nice little balcony to sit out on also.
