Duquesa Seafront Marina

Lovely holiday with great hosts providing a centrally located apartment.

+ Despite certain technical issues affecting to some degree our comfort and nighttime sleep we truly enjoyed staying in the apartment. The hosts were available to help resolve any issues we had. You certainly couldn't fault the apartments position, views and easy access even for me who suffers some mobility issues. The availability of many restaurants with various international cuisines we enjoyed thoroughly as well as the many coffee shops. The apartment was well equipped, centrally located. had lift access and close to the marina and beach.

− Its not what I didn't like it was just having to deal with the technical issues I felt time consuming. I truly hope resolution for future guests is imminent.

A very small resort. Great for relaxing.

Séjour inoubliable

+ L'appartement était propre et bien équipé avec une très belle vue sur la marina et la mer.; situé au milieu de la marina et à quelques pas de la plage. Grand choix de restaurants sur place. L'Office du Tourisme nous a fourni pas mal d"information, sur, la région: comment se rendre à Gibraltar (Bus 240); visiter à pied le Mercado hebdomadaire de Sabinillas le vendredi...

− Absence de magasins pour le shoping sur place.

Superfin lägenhet som har allt!!!

+ Allt!! Superfin och otroligt fräsch lägenhet!!! Mycket välstädad. Rymliga rum med gott om garderober och skåp. Badrummen så otroligt fina. Härliga duschar. Köket välutrustat. Allt mycket välplanerat. Skön soffa och väldigt bra att det fanns en läslampa bredvid. Toppen att det var så bekväma möbler på balkongen! Härlig utsikt över hamnen. Upplever inte restaurangerna som störande ljudmässigt. Fantastiskt tyst och skönt i lägenheten. Helt otroligt att det dessutom ingår parkering i ett parkeringsgarage. Jag rekommenderar verkligen den här lägenheten!!!

− Kanske lite trist att balkongen är inbyggd. Men samtidigt skönt att det inte blåser eller att solen steker för mycket beroende på säsong.

+ Clean, cosy, breathtaking view, warm and great communication, private cark park but not used after all - the free parking at the car park was always available

− A bit noisy due to the restaurants below. But one room was facing the quiet side pf the building so children stayed there. However we could not sleep until midnight. Just mentioning if you prefer quiet place.

Excellent stay and would recommend to others.

+ The location of the property is amazing and the view of the marina is superb. Apartment has a very nice feel to it, it’s quite spacious too which we appreciated. Excellent communication with the host.

Toller Urlaub in La Duquesa (Manilva)

+ Absolute Traumlage am Sporthafen von La Duquesa. Das Apartment ist toll geschnitten, modern, verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten und einen tollen Blick aufs Meer und den Hafen. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Es stand eine Flasche Rotwein zur Begrüßung bereit. Parkplätze gab es genug direkt an der Wohnung.

− Auf den 2. Blick sah man doch dass die Reinigung und der Erhaltungszustand nicht makellos ist. Hat uns jetzt nicht gestört für die 6 Tage Aufenthalt aber hier könnte der Gastgeber noch besser werden.

+ EN GENERAL TODO, MUY BUENA UBICACIÓN, PLAZA DE GARAJE INLCUIDA EN UN EDIFICIO MUY CERCANO, LA PLAYA A UN PASO, CAFETERIAS, BARES, RESTAURANTES. BUEN AMBIENTE TANTO DE DÍA COMO DE NOCHE. DESTACAR QUE NO CON LAS VENTANAS CERRADAS NO SE ESCUCHA ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA, MUY BUENA INSONORIZACIÓN. CADA DORMITORIO CON SU BAÑO. LA TERRAZA MUY ACOGEDORA Y SE USA BASTANTE, YA QUE LA ORIENTACIÓN ES MUY BUENA EN VERANO DA LA SOMBRA Y EN INVIERNO EL SOL.

− TODO PERFECTO PERO UNA SOLA COSA MUY NEGATIVA, Y ES QUE HABÍA CUCHARACHAS PEQUEÑAS QUE SALIAN POR LA NOCHE EN LA ZONA DE LA COCINA. A PESAR DE TENER DOS APARATOS ELECTRICOS DE REPELENTE DE INSECTOS, PARECE QUE NO FUNCIONAN MUY BIEN PORQUE SALIAN CUCARACHAS DE LA COCINA. HABRIAS UN CAJÓN Y TE ENCONTRABAS CUCHARACHAS DENTRO CORRIENDO. LA VERDAD QUE MUY ASQUEROSO.

Tuż przy plaży. Świetny widok.

+ Idealna lokalizacja, tuż przy plaży. Widok z tarasu bezcenny. Apartament przestronny, wygodny, bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Było wszystko co potrzebne na kilka dni. Bardzo miły gospodarz. Polecam.

+ Accueil chaleureux, le propriétaire nous a attendus avec sa famille. Appartement parfait, très propre et bien situé. Je reviendrai avec plaisir

A very nice apartment with good facilities nearby. A lovely view of the marina. We would love to come back again.

+ Love the location Both bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms. Good showers. Clean and modern Well maintained

− Nothing to dislike, if I was being really picky, would suggest shower caddys in the showers for shower gel/shampoo/conditioners.

We had a great week in the apartment. Lovely restaurants, warm and friendly welcome.
