Absolutely perfect. Total relaxation and visual pleasure.

+ So welcoming ! Beautiful location and setting. Wonderful gardens and pools . We stayed in a two bedroom villa which meant we could self cater but also the luxury of hotel breakfast. The staff were all so lovely. A perfect paradise. Always enough beds by the pool and all very calm no people dashing about claiming beds early in the morning! Lots of charming areas to sit throughout the garden.

− we had to pre book breakfast the day before eating it? with the price we were paying, we would expect to be able to choose on the day. when i ask for muesli and no bowel or milk is provided, how do the staff expect me to consume my pre ordered cereal? With temperatures approaching 40 degrees c, one would expect more that 500ml of drinking water per day to be provided. I mentioned this as we had a two bedroom villa for two people and was told that if I had paid more I would have received more water. Read into that what you will

Rude staff , horrible hotel

− The RUDEST staff in history. It does not say anywhere that this is a hotel for only over 4y olds (they will probably update after this review) but we arrived and was met with the nastiest most rude woman who despite clicking around on Booking.com for 20 minutes on my phone looking for where it says no under 4s was adamant that it does say it and that we were mad for arriving. We didn’t even expect to stay , we was fine with the policy but sought refuge after a long trip yes was treated like a criminals for just having a baby. Glad we didn’t stay anyway , the hotel was SUPER remote, very old and had a nasty smell. The staff were rude and facilities looked awful. WOULD NOT RETURN EVEN WHEN OUR BOY IS ABOVE THEIR STRANGE 4y POLICY!!! Much better hotels in Soller (we recommend ElSplendido on the beach)

+ Понравилось абсолютно всё! Хорошее расположение, тишина, очень красивая ухоженная территория, 2 отличных бассейна с шезлонгами и зонтиками. Отличный номер с небольшой террасой. В номере идеальная чистота, комфорт и уют. Удобная кровать и подушки, постель и полотенца идеально белые и хорошего качества! Отдельно хочется отметить завтраки, они выше всяких похвал! Перед заездом посетители заполняют анкету о своих предпочтениях на завтрак. А утром вас ждёт великолепная подача и сервировка ваших любимых блюд. Такие отели запоминаются надолго. В них хочется вернуться и посоветовать своим друзьям !

Best hotel ever in Soller!

+ Everything! This was one of the most charming properties we have ever stayed at. Exceptional service, food, beautiful design, gorgeous linens, art, music and the breakfasts 10/10. They hosted dinners every evening yet we decided to walk into town Soller to explore the delicious restaurants there. The pools were always calm quiet inviting and open! No trouble getting a chair. Fresh towels daily. Housekeeping 10/10. Best shower we’ve ever had. Loved everything! Short 10 min drive to beach and Port de Soller.

Wonderful finca with style and relaxation

+ It’s a very beautiful finca, very well appointed and comfortable. The pools are great, the decor inside is beautiful and it smells wonderful everywhere. Very clean too. Our check in and check out was efficient and breakfast was also very fresh and proper.

− Curtains did not make the room dark enough, so we woke up at 07 each day, which was annoying, especially when breakfast only started at 08:30. The curtain issue is a very easy thing to fix and I think should be a no brainer, for a property of this level. Because you can feel they have attention to all details. In general, I wish there was more service in the hotel. More to order, easier ordering (you barely saw people when at the pool or lounges) - maybe wellness options to be booked as an add-on. But these are all improvement points, the hotel is overall great and I would definitely return and/or recommend. It’s a quiet and peaceful stay.

My daughter and I had a most enjoyable and relaxing stay at this beautiful finca hotel.

+ A wide choice of items for breakfast. All freshly prepared and delicious and served on the pretty outside terrace area. Our room was attractive, spacious and airy with efficient air conditioning. We also had an outside terrace with attractive views of the surrounding mountains and countryside. We especially appreciated the quiet adults only pool area. The staff were always most pleasant and helpful.

Lovely experience, a tonic to the chronically over worked!

+ Beautiful. Extremely relaxing location, perfect for daily excursions to the many stunning local towns. Fantastic staff, friendly and discreet. Big shout out for the chef, you’d pay 3x in London for food as excellent as this.

+ Schöne Anlage, sehr schönes, geräumiges, helles Zimmer.

− Beim Frühstück musste man sich schon am Vortag überlegen, was man gemäß Checkliste essen möchte- das war gewöhnungsbedürftig- allerdings konnte man auch nach oder umbestellen… es es wird weniger weggeworfen, was ja auch gut ist

Einfach sehr gediegen und zum Wohlfühlen. Frühstück ist sensationell, Abendessen wirklich außergewöhnlich

Relaxing

+ This was our second visit because we loved it so much the first time. We felt immediately relaxed as soon as we arrived because of the calming beauty of this place. The mountain views, the orange blossom, the calming music. The staff are always on hand to help with anything you need, and everywhere smells amazing as well!

+ Everything was great from start to finish. Beautiful house and grounds, very welcoming staff, great food at breakfast and dinner, beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable accommodation. Would highly recommend and stay there again!
