Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour

+ Venus à deux en train, pour voir le dernier feu d'artifice du concours international, l'hôtel est à 150 m de la gare. La chambre est confortable, avec un grand lit. La salle de bain est équipée d'une baignoire, lavabo, toilettes, sèche-cheveux; rien ne manquait. Le petit-déjeuner a été copieux, là encore rien ne manquait. Le personnel est attentif et convivial. Il n'y a pas eu de bruit significatif, que ce soit la circulation sur la route, ou la clientèle ( l'hôtel était quasiment complet ). Bref, un hôtel que je recommande.

+ Το πρωινό είναι χορταστικό και νόστιμο. Όλοι όσοι εργάζονται στο ξενοδοχείο είναι ευγενέστατοι και εγκάρδιοι. Θα κοιμηθείτε ήσυχα κι ευχάριστα. Τα καταστήματα, τα εστιατόρια και η πλαζ Croisette είναι πολύ κοντά.

Comfortable and price worthy hotel near the train

+ Really close to the train station, could easily walk to all the things I wanted to see and do in Cannes from the hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Big mirror in the room, important to us girls! Didn’t hear any noise from the outside at all apart from a crying baby in the room next door, and can’t blame the hotel for that.

− no water , high humidity , the sheets and pillows smell very bad… i ask in reception for all this problems , he answered to me I CANT DO NOTHING 😂

+ Emplacement idéal, chambre plutôt confortable.

− Bruyant (le personnel de ménage qui fait claquer les portes toutes les 2 minutes le matin c'est assez inconfortable, isolement médiocre mais les clients non respectueux de faire le minimum de bruit sont aussi responsables), communs assez sombres et propreté moyenne, pas de changement de serviette (alors qu'elle avait été mise dans la baignoire comme spécifié, elle a simplement été raccrochée). Bref, correct mais pour le prix c'est médiocre !

− Pas de solutions avant notre retour de notre soirée, merci d'ailleurs au réceptionniste qui lui a fait son travail pour nous changer de chambre, car je me suis pris le pommeau de douche sur la tête, même pas un geste commercial, petits déjeuners très léger, l'entrée est délabrée sûrement suite à une fuite d'eau, bref pour un 3* un peu juste à mon avis...

Cost of the room versus the standard was poor, cleanliness standard was very bad, mould and leaks!

− The lift was very dirty and grubby, Bedroom was tiny and on the un-suite bathroom had mould and damp on the ceiling. There was a leak on one of the ceiling's with a bucket catching the water, I nearly tripped over the bucket, also there was a housekeeping trolley outside my room blocking the entrance.

− I checked in during the afternoon, exhausted from a 24‑hour flight. The receptionist was polite and courteous, explaining everything clearly. I was assigned Room 54 and directed to the lift, which looked like a cramped single‑door compartment. At just 5 feet tall with only one suitcase and a small cabin trolley, I still found it uncomfortably congested. Once in the room, I collapsed on the bed. After waking, I noticed a damp smell. Hoping fresh air would help, I opened the window — only to be shocked by multiple tiny spider babies running across the frame. It was obvious the window hadn’t been cleaned or opened in some time, and it seemed to have become a breeding ground. This was extremely unsettling. The next morning at breakfast, the room was very small with limited options. The lady there was kind enough to make me coffee and offer fruit, but the fruit did not look fresh. I settled for a croissant and a small yogurt tub. On leaving, I noticed the roof leaking, with a bucket placed underneath to catch dripping water — despite no rain outside. Damp patches on the walls confirmed ongoing seepage issues. As someone with asthmatic condition and atopic dermatitis, this environment was unhealthy for both my lungs and skin. Cleanliness and hygiene standards were clearly compromised. My colleagues even reported stained sheets in their rooms; thankfully mine was spared, which may be the only reason I managed to sleep. After spending just one night and the following morning, my colleagues and I decided to leave the place immediately. One of our colleagues informed the staff about the issues we faced within hours of check‑in, but they showed no interest, no apology, and simply agreed that we should move elsewhere if we felt so. This lack of accountability was unacceptable. If you suffer from respiratory or skin conditions, or if you value basic cleanliness and hygiene, I strongly advise avoiding this place.

+ Ich bleibe immer wieder in diesem Hotel, perfekte Lage, sher nette und freundliche Mitarbeiter, Zimmer immer sauber, ich habe alles, was ich brauche. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.

Would not stay in this hotel under any circumstances

+ Location was quite good, but that is as far as I can complement. The photo's on the hotel are nothing like what we stayed in for the one night.

− The hotel was old, leaking roof going into a bucket in the corridor. The rooms were very old and basic with a strong damp smell. The paint was flaking off the roof in the bathroom with black mould in places. There were hairs around the sink and bath and towels were old with holes in them.

Unsuitable for business travel and not representative of the quality advertised online.

+ Unfortunately, there was nothing about the property that met our expectations. The condition of the hotel, cleanliness standards, room quality, and response to our concerns were all disappointing, leading us to leave and find alternative accommodation.

− The property did not meet the standard advertised online or the standard reasonably expected for the price charged. The reception and common areas appeared poorly maintained, including visible dirt and buckets collecting water from a leaking ceiling. The room was not adequately maintained, with spiders on the walls and torn, stained bedding. Breakfast quality was disappointing, and hygiene standards appeared below expectations. Most concerning was the response when we raised these issues. No manager was made available, no alternative room was offered, and no effort was made to address our concerns. As a result, we chose to leave the hotel and secure alternative accommodation.
