Décevant

− Appartement mal conçu, interrupteur hors de la chambre par exemple. Evier de la salle de bains totalement bouché, pas d'électricité dans la seconde chambre. Pas ou peu d'isolation alors l'impression qu'il y a du chauffage et nous avons passé la semaine dans le bruit de la radio du voisin et ses odeurs de cigarettes. Le balcon est tout petit et contigu avec celui de vos voisins. N'espérez ni calme ni intimité.

− La palabra correcta sería que ha faltado,éramos 4 personas y solo había 3 toallas grandes,1papel higiénico.Esto no es una reclamación, es una observación para los seguintes clientes.y la tv ha sido imposible conectarse.

− Estaba sucio, con muchas humedades y oliendo un montón a tabaco a parte de que me dejaron sin ver TV, me dijeron que lo iban a mirar y aún estoy esperando, no tiene antena de TV ni red de canales contratados…

A great place to say, but with poor communication at check-in

+ The location was great and it was comfortable, spacious and well-equipped.

− The only problem was the check-in - there was a delay with cleaning which, in itself, would have been fine, but information wasn't communicated in advance and was unclear when it was provided.

− Cold apartment, every morning at 730 am downstairs neighbors very noisy

Overall great stay and very clean and secure I would stay here again

+ - The kindness of the cleaning lady :) - I really like this apartment complex, I have rented an apartment here several times.

− I booked the two-bedroom accommodation for 2 people. 3–4 days before arrival, I informed the host that there would be three of us, and that we all wanted to sleep in separate rooms — meaning 1 person in each of the two bedrooms, and the 3rd person in the living room on the sofa, since we are a group of friends. I booked the apartment for 16 nights, and for 10 of those nights we would have been three people. The host replied saying that the sofa was not suitable for sleeping, although I should mention that the listing advertises a sofa bed as a sleeping option. He also wrote that it wouldn’t be a problem if three of us stayed, but it would come with an extra cost. I told him that this was fine for us. I only asked him to provide 3 sets of bedding in the two bedrooms, since there were 3 beds — one double bed and two single beds in the other room. He said he would tell the cleaner. On the day of arrival, I wrote to him again asking if everything would be ready regarding the bedding. He replied that he wasn’t on the island at the moment, but repeated that the sofa isn’t suitable for sleeping… I told him I understood that, but I had asked for enough bedding for 3 people. He again said he would inform the cleaner. Then he disappeared for hours — even though I messaged him, he didn’t reply. We arrived at the apartment after dark, and only one of the rooms was prepared; in the other bedroom there wasn’t even any bedding. I messaged him, and the next day the cleaner came and brought more bedding. It was very unpleasant to sleep on a plain mattress at night, and we had to use towels and clothes as blankets. Since we rented the apartment for 16 nights, halfway through I asked the host if we could get an extra cleaning and a bedding change. He wrote that the cleaner would come the next day and take care of it. I have been travelling to Lanzarote for 8 years, and until now the hosts have always offered this themselves for longer stays.

+ Appartement calme, avec jolie vue, dans une résidence agréable et calme. Bel espace piscine, peu fréquenté, mais la piscine n'est pas chauffée. Très bon emplacement, tout est accessible à pied. Il y a eu une incompréhension lors de la réservation, mais l'hôte a été réactif et arrangeant. Appartement bien équipé (machine à laver, box TV avec bouquets internationaux...). Arrivée autonome et très facile. Stationnement très facile juste devant la résidence.

− Il manque quelques équipement de base : notamment en cuisine (sucre, huile, éponge, produit pour machine à laver...), lampes de chevet dans les chambres (surtout quand la lumière de la chambre est à l'extérieur de la chambre). Salle de bain : VMC très bruyante, et mauvais écoulement de la douche, obligé de limiter très fortement le débit d'eau pour éviter une inondation. A savoir : pour 2, pour le prix indiqué, vous n'aurez accès qu'à une seule chambre. Quelques informations supplémentaires seraient les bienvenues (gestion des poubelles...)

+ W pełni wyposażone mieszkanie, nie można chcieć nic więcej. Dobra lokalizacja, duży basen.

− Nie ma takiej rzeczy.

Pleasant enough, area was nice and quiet and pool area was good.

+ Location was lovely and quiet but too far (circa 20 mins) from the main square, but to be fair i should have checked beforehand.

− No airconditioning, no light switches or bedside lamps in the bedrooms. TV worked sometimes but more often than not it didnt work at all or worked for a short period then froze.

+ Es un apartamento muy cómodo, amplio y con mucho espacio para guardar la ropa. Estaba muy limpio y la urbanización está muy cuidada, en particular la piscina. El propietario estuvo muy atento para resolver todas las dudas.

+ Just arrived home from a wonderful relaxing week stay at infinity. Apartment was in a great location on a small residential complex. Apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you would need. Pool area beautiful and very quiet. Great communication with owner who arranged a late check out as our flights home were late. Definitely recommended and wouldnt hesitate to return.

− Unfortunately the fridge was very dirty.

Book it, you won’t be disappointed and we would definitely come again.

+ - Modern and clean apartment in a lovely peaceful location. - 15 minutes walk away from the main centre. - Pool spotless and quiet… most of the time we had it to ourselves. - Great communication with the owner/rental company.

− Maybe just providing an extra toilet roll and a washing machine tablet. For someone only staying 9 days I had to go and buy big packets.

Exceptional

+ Great property and presented to a very high standard. The hosts were very welcoming and answered any questions we had very quickly, pool was clean and never overcrowded. Defiantly will return again .

Beautiful apartment on a quiet complex with a very good host.

+ Apartment is great, beautiful views over the sea .It's a lovely quiet residential complex with not too many sun loungers , about 10-15 minute walk into the main resort and the promenade. There are supermarkets close by to get everything you need to self cater. It's just a very peaceful spot with lovely facilities and good beds and pillows.

− Only complaint i would have is for there to be separate pool towels but to be fair to Matias the owner he offered to buy me some. But it is a small complaint, absolutely everything else is great and any queries I had were answered promptly and most courteously and we are already booked to go again.

Enjoyed our stay- Lanzarote was gorgeous but I would choose more carefully in the future.

− I think aesthetically it could do with some support. Long mirror, more comfortable seating arrangements on the balcony as per other places we saw. More info on local amenities including buses etc, towel change half way during the week. Local shopping stores information. Sockets placed more appropriately. The shower room tap was loose. The host was lovely though. The stairs were not conducive to my husbands health issues but I must have missed that on the booking. Com website.

Extremely comfortable apartment and great base for our stay

+ Spotlessly clean apartment with really comfortable beds and pillows (so much so I’ve purchased the same pillows for back home)! Apartment had everything we needed for our short stay. Lovely view of the sea, spotless pool area. The apartment block is nice and quiet with a mix of rentals and residential. Approx 15 mins from beach or 20 mins from main restaurants/bars. We received our check in instructions on arrival with a video too. Host very friendly and accommodating allowing us to arrive earlier than scheduled check in and stay longer whilst we awaited our táxi pick up

+ It was perfect for our family - we loved it. Immaculate and the location was excellent. We were greeted warmly by hosts and the food at La Tabela was also amazing.

+ A beautiful apartment on a secure gated, clean complex.. The apartment had everything we needed, a good location for getting to the entertainment centre of Costa Teguise. Swimming pool area was spotless with enough sunbeds during our stay... Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home..

+ The location was perfect—just a short walk to beautiful beaches and local attractions. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and comfortable, providing all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially loved the spacious balcony with its stunning views, perfect for enjoying our morning coffee or evening sunsets. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can’t wait to come back!
