+ A localização muito boa

− Pedi alojamento com garagem e em nenhum dia tive garagem, pois tive que pagar estacionamento público. A limpeza péssima, sem toalheiros na casa de banho. o apartamento com outro tipo de gestão seria uma excelente opção. Também tive que pagar uma taxa devido a ser pagamento internacional, o que não gostei.

+ Camere ampie e luminose, ottima pulizia e la buona vicinanza ai trasporti pubblici e ai supermercati. Garage ampio però l'accesso con il telecomando un pò difficoltoso in quanto nel video si vede che si apre con la chiave mentre arrivati nell'appartamento era presente un telecomando

− Não achei que o quarto tivesse limpo e inclusive acabei por encontra 2 mini baratas.

+ Квартира замечательная, современная и однозначно стоит потраченных денег. Удобно расположена в новом районе между двумя станциями метро, рядом супермаркет, зоопарк. Если вас два-три человека, то удобнее пользоваться такси (мы пользовались Bolt) - 5-6 Евро в любою точку центра города. Оснащена всем необходимым. Легко заселиться, следуя инструкциям. Поддержка на связи в WatsАpp.

− Кто собирается пользоваться гаражом имейте в виду, что в гараж машина спускается на лифте и только небольшая машина поместится в лифт. Мы привыкли, что всегда на кухне имеется хотя бы растительное масло, столь, перец, чай, кофе. Здесь этого нет, мы все купили и кое-что оставили на кухне. Сразу осмотрите технику, посуду, пятна на мебели и обо всех недостатках сообщите в тех. поддержку, чтобы не было недоразумений при возврате страхового депозита. Депозит вернули через 20 дней после выезда. Просят оплату через PayPal, но мне разрешили оплату просто с банковской карты.

+ Departamento cómodo, tal como en las fotos, la ubicación es buena, cerca de una parada de metro.

− Un poco de polvillo en las cosas de tela. La lavadora no pude descubrir como usar, debería tener instrucciones. El depósito de garantía, en 27 días de viaje es el único alojamiento que solicita esto

− Não há água quente após as 22h. Isso ocorreu diariamente mesmo mandando mensagem no primeiro dia. Além disso o gestor do imóvel pede um depósito caução (mesmo com a hospedagem paga integralmente) alegando que será devolvido se não houver danos ao imóvel. Caso o depósito não seja efetuado na data solicitada, a reserva eh cancelada. Quando saí do imóvel demoraram 03 semanas para fazer o reembolso, não explicam de forma clara como será efetuado e demoram a responder as mensagens, eh preciso ficar insistindo pelo reembolso. A impressão que passam é de total desorganização e que querem que o hóspede esqueça desse pagamento extra.

Great apartment

+ Great apartment situated between Sete Rios and Praça de Espanha metro stations. Very well equipped .Lidl supermarket at Sete Rios and My Auchan just around the corner. Great communication with hosts. Just a point to note, the deposit is paid through PayPal and not in cash as stated. It is refunded roughly 7 days after check out all being well.

− A estadia foi de 10 dias, e apenas nos deixaram 4 toalhas de banho para 2 pessoas e 2 rolos de papel higiénico, 1 pano de loiça, não houve qualquer limpeza intermédia (muda de lençóis e toalhas), na cozinha a maioria dos eletrodomésticos não funcionavam ou tinham falta de acessórios, não havia esponja de loiça nem sabão liquido. O sofá cama estava partido, muito sujo e era muito desconfortável. Tínhamos ligado antes de fazer a reserva para me confirmarem em qual dos apartamentos teria o sofá-cama mais confortável, pois teríamos de usá-lo. Uns dias antes da chegada exigiram nos uma caução de 150,00€, que seria devolvido após check-out e verificação do apartamento, e só nos foi devolvido o valor 3 semanas depois check-out e após várias chamadas efetuadas e emails com pedidos de devolução. O valor da diária é demasiado elevado para a fraca qualidade do apartamento e pela falta de serviço de limpeza, que deveria ser obrigatório pelo menos uma limpeza intermédia em estadias longas. No Akicity se solicitar uma limpeza intermédia, terá de pagar um valor extra de 40€. Inadmissível!

Beautiful apartment , very specious, and amazing place which is near to coffee shops , grocery and shopping mall.

+ Buena ubicación,a 5 minutos andando está la estación de metro y tren,también parada de bus,muy cerca también de un supermercado.El apartamento bien, correcto,mucha luz,tenía lo necesario para cocinar(olla,varias sartenes,juego de vajilla, juego de cubiertos, batidora....)muy completo la verdad. Volvería a escoger ese apartamento.

− El sofa-cama estaba sin cubre sofás/funda o algo...pero no tenia nada puesto,igual que los cojínes,tuvimos que adaptar lo que encontremos en el armario de la hab de matrimonio para dormir los niños ahí. Quizá le faltaba un cubo de fregar,porque había fregona pero no el cubo jejejeje.

+ Location was convenient to Metro. Tastefully furnished and well-appointed. Felt very safe in area and property despite being a solo female traveller. Staff was very responsive to requests.

− The main bed could be more comfy. I prefer a firm mattress so I used the sofa bed instead and it all worked out.

HORRIBLE STAY. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

− I am writing this review of Akicity Rios Sete. First I will cut to the chase and tell you I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS place as they are cold hearted and do not take care of their guests. My family stayed at roughly 30 booking.com places this summer on a 75 day around the world and didn’t write one bad review. So for me to write a bad review means something. My family of 4 stayed here July 24-July 28 (4 nights). I also booked a second room from July 24-July 27 (3 nights) for another family friend of mine. I made sure that I booked rooms with air condition because I knew it would be hot in Europe and my son has a skin condition that becomes very painful and irritated with sleeping in hot conditions. Upon checking in with a code given to me on July 24 at 6pm, it was immediately clear that the air condition was blowing hot air and something was not right. It was also very hot outside that day, around 93F. I gave it about 30 min with no improvement. Prior to checking in, I was given a contact person on WhatsApp to contact if I had any issues with my stay. As soon as we knew our air condition was not working properly, I messaged him on WhatsApp with no response. I proceeded to call their phone number to speak to someone since I was not getting a response. I talked to a lady and said that it was too late to do anything about this and that she would report the issue and I would be given a response the next day (July 25) concerning my issue. That evening (July 24) was extremely difficult to sleep as it was very hot. We had to open the window, which didn’t help much, and was exposed to intense sunlight in the morning, as well as street noise that awakened us at 6am. The next morning (DAY 2), 7/25/24, I received a text on whatsapp from another person, named Miguel. He informed me that they are arranging a maintenance team to fix the air condition. We loved the location, the view and the design of the apartment

+ Really nice design, comfortable bed, near to the subway/train stations

− A coffee machine would be great in the room

Accommodation fine but would not stay there again.

+ The Apartment was comfortable and close to a Train station and metro line.

− There was no one in attendance give us entry and show us the facilities. We had an issue with the door lock and after phoning received instructions via email on how to open the door. This was not ideal as it took quite a time to be resolved. We also did not like having a security deposit which we had to transfer to them for it to be returned 10 days after we left the property. Most security deposits are held with the cash not actually being transferred. We thus incurred additional transaction fees both ways and were exposed to currency fluctuation risks.

+ Apartment was very clean, everything arranged for a good stay.

Very family and couple friendly place!

+ Great communication with the staff! It was spacious for our family (my husband and I and 2 kids). It’s a nice modern apartment in a quiet area with heaps of great restaurant. There is a supermarket at a minute walking from the place, literally around the corner! Super convenient! It is also very close to the metro station and if you are by car, there’s a parking area down the building.

− We couldn’t find a drying rack, but this was such a minor thing. Totally not a big issue!
