Almadrava - Paparri

Very old house with need for renovation in quite ok area. Even if when go out dogs coming around!

− The house was very old and smell terrible mould when open the door. All cloths smell this after a week when left house. Toilets very old and the one inside house have problem to flush down. Outside small toilet was terrible old and non want to be there in the evening or go out during night. kitchen ok with stove and refrigeator ok but small freezer. Dishwasher also old and the tablet folder did not work. Pool area ok but quite dirty and also inside the pool was the bottom very dirty. Poolguy arraive last day of our trip. Cleaning ok with new towels but to less with toiletpaper and soup.

Can’t wait to go back!

− There were a couple of outdated things, which we highlighted to the staff and they have been fixed immediately

Rustic Villa with pool, we would book it again!

+ Beautiful peaceful location but still only 10 minutes from Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa and 15 minutes from Alcudia Old town. You need a car if you are staying here. Pool was great there were lilos, also lots of sunbeds and tables and chairs. Miguel the owner was amazing, we loved him!

− There was no welcome pack not even a bottle of water which would have been very welcome after a day travelling. The second bathroom is a shower/toilet room accessed through door outside. Pillows are very lumpy and really need replacing and finally the mosquitos where really bad but not the villas fault just the time of year. We would still book it again!

Lovely peaceful villa and friendly owner

+ The villa is in a good позition to explore the beautiful coast and mountains of the North East end of the island. Pollenca is a bit of a walk but doesn't take long to get to the supermarkets on the edge of town and the surrounding countryside is very pleasant with many orchards and olive groves. The place is private at the end of a drive and with hedges around. The building is nice and cool and the pool was lovely. As others have said the owner Miguel was really friendly and wanted us to enjoy our time there. His English is poor as is my Spanish but we managed to understand each other. We all really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

− Not a big problem but might be helpful to others if there were a few basics like washing up liquid, bin bags and dishwasher tablets in the villa that could be used. Also not really a problem but the rental company came and cleaned the villa and changed bedding and towels etc half way through the week whilst we were out. I wasn't expecting this and would have liked to have known they'd be coming so we could have tidied a bit and put our belongings away.

Exceptional

+ For us it was everything ok. Good location, nice owner, nice pool for kids, a lot of toys for the kids.

− 2 beds uncomfortable

Fantastic villa in wonderful location

+ We had a wonderful holiday here, the villa is in a fantastic location with goats and chickens outside, very peaceful but close to the beach and supermarkets. It had everything we needed and a great pool. Miguel the owner was lovely and came to chat to us a few times. We will definitely be returning!

− Better knives as they were all sharp and not easy to spread things with.
