En respuesta al coronavirus (COVID-19), el alojamiento aplica medidas sanitarias y de seguridad adicionales en estos momentos.
En este alojamiento no se pueden celebrar despedidas de soltero o soltera ni fiestas similares.
Se pedirá un depósito por daños de EUR 350 a la llegada. Se efectuará con tarjeta de crédito. Se te devolverá 7 días después del check-out. El depósito se devolverá por completo mediante tarjeta de crédito una vez revisado el alojamiento.
Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that groups of people less than 25 years in age are not permitted at this property. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. Should you be under the minimum age requirement and proceed to confirm the reservation regardless, on arrival you will be denied entry to the property and forfeit any right of refund.
2/ Winter reservations between 01 November and 31 March, longer than 31 nights in duration receive a special discounted rate and DO NOT include utility bills such as electric and water or weekly linen changes. Utility usage is payable on departure.

JH Tip: Altamar Townhouse is located super close to Altamar Blue. If you're coming with family, booking both apartments could be a good option!
