+ I regret to give negativity, towards any properties.This property is beautiful, with incredible views. Unfortunately, it's rated 4* but the front desk service 2* Lack of professional serv. & visibility, poor language skills for International guests. House keeping & resto. staff 4* also the pool area/grounds were great. The indoor Spa, is a ripoff... especially, if u wanted to use the pool/facilities. Unfortunately, I was never able to view the Host or speak with them for an appt! Regarding my rm. No" tissues in the bathroom, no free water daily, no robs/slippers no toilet brush for cleaning... Now" the food @ the resto, is very basic, not impressive. Breakfast, had a decent amount of choice, it's ok! I've stayed @ many other Barcelo's. Sadly" this one, has no Character or Charm, just an amazing view of the city/mountains!!! The parking situation could be better for quests. Hopefully, the Barcelo Management will take note & improve better service @ this property! Thanks...

+ Fabulous quality rooms with magnificent views over Aracena, wonderful staff and service, very good breakfast, beautiful pool and bar. Only downside is no shuttle service to town. Imпозsible for older people to walk into Town . there are only 2 таксиs in town who are difficult to book and finish at 1.30pm. Stranded in town after dinner. A kind local helped us.

Aracena Stay

+ Spacious room with very comfortable bed, nice bathroom and great terrace with magnificent views of the Castle, town and pool area. Good restaurant on site. It’s a bit of a walk into town and uphill on the way back but plenty of restaurants once you get there. A very enjoyable stay

+ they do not have a service to help you with your bags 😱😱😱

+ Tapetes do quarto a precisarem de limpeza, ar condicionado a funcionar mal ou muito quente ou frio, pequeno almoço abria as 8 horas, e nada estava pronto estivemos à espera que fossem trazendo as coisas . Este hotel está a perder qualidade apesar de terem aumentado os preços a relação qualidade / Preço não é real.

+ Hotel muito bom Café da manhã excelente Serviço bom Mas um cheiro horrível de esgoto no banheiro, tivemos que manter a porta fechada o tempo todo enquanto estivemos no apartamento.

+ Hotel con vistas preciosas, muy moderno y cómodo. En el bar se come estupendamente. Estancia muy relajante. Era julio y en ningún momento pasé calor quizás se debe a que está en alto.

Villa spiderman

+ El hotel es magnífico, el restaurante, jamar gastrobar, es espectacular, pero la habitación que nos tocó dejaba mucho que desear. El teléfono de recepción, no funcionaba. Avisamos y no ha arreglado nadie. El aire , funcionaba regular, teníamos que ponerlo a 34 grados para estar medianamente agusto, y aún así, se conseguía estar caliente. La limpieza de la habitación, dejaba mucho que desear, los 4 деньs hemos convivido con unas cuantas telarañas. No hemos dicho nada en recepción...porque para que.? Están las telarañas al lado de la puerta del baño y detrás de la puerta de entrada a la habitación....por si quieren quitarlas, que está feo hombre. Lo demás, está muy bien.

+ Sitio tranquilo y agradable junto al pueblo de Aracena. Una piscina de lujo y unas vistas privilegiadas del pueblo de Aracena. Recomendaría cenar en el bar del hotel, la comida estaba muy buena y la carta era espectacular. Ha sido un acierto este hotel.

Modernes Hotel mit super Lage

+ Sehr schön gelegenes, modernes Hotel mit fantastischem Blick auf das Städtchen, Burg und die Landschaft. Freundlicher Empfang, schönes Zimmer. Leider war das Schwimmbad für 2 Tage geschlossen, das Spa war offen. Passable Cafeteria mit einfachen Keramiktischen, die abends als Hotelrestaurant dient: Es war laut, Musik und Fernseh mit Fusball gleichzeitig! Das Essen war, na ja, essbar. Ich empfehle ein Lokal im Dorf aufzusuchen. Das Morgenessen fand in einem anderen, echten Restaurantraum, mit Tischtüchern, statt, und war gut, allerdings eher Dreisternqualität, nicht 4. Alles in allem lohnt sich das Hotel aber trotzdem wegen der super Aussicht und modernen Zimmern. Spa gibt‘s auch, und der Pool dürfte ja wieder mal offen sein.

+ El hotel es una pasada. Las vistas son preciosas, sus instalaciones inmejorables y lo mejor de todo el personal; son súper agradables y cercanos. Ha sido una experiencia increíble y sin duda repetiremos.

+ Nos gustó la ubicación del hotel, sus vistas, las instalaciones, pero no obstante, la piscina no es de gresite, sino de una especie de cemento y sobre todo, no hay tumbonas y sombrillas para todos los huéspedes, pero no en un momento puntual, sino durante toda la estancia. Другое mejorable en gran medida es el desayuno. Durante los dos деньs de la estancia la bollería dulce estaba dura, el jamón era una montaña amorfa deпозita en la bandeja con un aspecto horrible y el zumo de naranja es concentrado mezclado con natural.
