+ Sehr schönes, großes Haus im Zentrum von Pollença, in einer recht ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen, sehr schön renoviert und gemütlich im mallorquinischen Stil eingerichtet. 4 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 8 Betten und drei Badezimmer sowie eine umfangreich ausgestattete Küche einschließlich Geschirrspülmaschine lassen nichts vermissen. Esszimmer mit großem Tisch für 8 Personen. Alle Schlaf- und Wohnräume sind mit Klima ausgestattet, die im Winter (wir waren Ende Dezember dort) als Heizung sehr wirksam für Wärme sorgt. Zufahrt mit PKW zum Be- und Entladen möglich, großer öffentlicher Parklplatz in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Miguel, der Eigentümer, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Er kam bei uns am Morgen nach der Ankunft vorbei, um uns alles zu erklären und sicherzustellen, dass alles in Ordnung war. Sehr gutes WLAN. Zwei Außenterrassen, mit Waschmaschine, Grill, Swimming-Pool etc. Zahlreiche Bars, Restaurants und Geschäfte fußläufig erreichbar.

A hidden gem in the heart of Pollenca

+ The property is centrally located with the main square a few minutes away. Miguel was a wonderful host, warm & welcoming. The house has everything that you need, sun loungers, an outdoor kitchen, cosy sitting room.The bedrooms are spacious and the house is nice and cool in the warm temps. We had the most wonderful stay, it’s a magical place. We can’t wait to stay again soon. Muchos gracias Miguel

Exceptional

A great place for a fal=mily stay , right in the heart of Pollença. Miquel is the perfect host

+ We loved staying right in the centre of Pollença, in an authentic and not over-modernised Mallorcan townhouse. The house is spacious and comfortable and very clean. Out host Miquel made us feel welcome and was helpful in every way. The facilities are great, with a washing machine, dishwasher and a fully fitted kitchen.

+ We basically liked everything. The property is a beautifully renovated old town house which was clean, comfortable and the facilities in the property were excellent. The property location is ideal for easy walking access into the town. The host, Miguel, is friendly and came to help when we asked him. The swimming pool is an added bonus

− We only had one minor complaint which is that when we arrived there was no small wlecome pack with coffee, bread etc..

Really enjoyable stay, central location, the house exceeded our expectations.

+ The villa was spacious and well kept. It exceeded my expectations based on the description and rating on the website. Location was good (approx 5 mins to square, shops and таксиs. There was also plenty of kitchen equipment.

Beautiful house in Pollensa

+ Beautiful old house in a very central позition in Pollensa. Walking didtance to restaurants, supermarkets and public transport. Miguel was very helpful and a lovely host. There is a very comprehensive guide to the area in the house. The photos don't do the house justice, it is a very lovely big home. Decorated in Mallorcan style. If you are looking for traditional home this is your place. The aircon works extremely well, the pool is excellent and we used it lots during our stay. Miguel provide some milk, juice, water and cake on arrival which was a lovely touch. The road is incredibly quiet, no traffic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

− Mozzies are a pain but there's nothing you can do about that really. Small things like sharp knives, butter knives would be helpful.
