Wonderful stay in Denia
The villa was very spacious, clean, very well equipped and had fantastic sea views. It is within a gated complex and has two parking spaces. It was not noisy as it is at the end of a terrace of about 8 properties . It has a private garden and a patio and two balcony's one from the two bedrooms on the lower floor and one from the living room which is on the upper floor. The property is air-conditioned throughout, apart from the double bedroom on the first floor, but a fan was provided. The communal pool ( other end of complex) was very nice and it was quiet. In fact we were the only ones using it for pretty much all of our stay. There was a issue with the Internet on our arrival and the rental company sorted it out within the hour of reporting it. The staff at quality rent a villa were fantastic and even kept the office open longer in order to see me as I collected the keys on our arrival date, where they gave me a coffee machine as the previous guests had broken the one there. We communicated via what's app or text and this resulted in quick helpful responses. It was our first experience at renting a property and it went smoothly from start to finish and exceeded our expectations.
The property is a 30 to 40 minute walk into town and in the heat it's a bit of a trek. We knew this though as we chose the property to be near family who have a holiday home a few streets away. Would have been nicer to have a private pool but in the end it did not matter. Nothing else not to like.
