Wonderful experience

+ Very large and spacious apartment. It is quiet, private, and with Andalusian furniture and atmosphere. The hosts are very kind and generous. They provided us with lots of healthy and wonderful treats. We stayed 6 nights and used it as a base to travel all around, from Ronda and Grazalema to Torcal de Antequera and even Gibraltar. Parking was not a problem. All days, except one, we parked in a free small lot just next to the apartment. Only one day we parked about 100 meters away in a free large lot with lots of parking places. The house is close to the entrance of the village, so no need to drive through narrow streets.

+ Beautifully cared for property, impeccably clean, spacious & host generously left food items & drinks in the refrigerator which were greatly appreciated. Nicest lodging of our lodgings to date here in Spain as we wind down our 6 week holiday. Highly recommend!

Best apartment in Ardales

+ Lovely garden with many flowers, a big living room, and a very cosy fireplace, also situated very close to the center, and three minutes walking from the supermarket. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, even making a fire for us. Their recommendations for our next day journey were very good as well. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend the place!

+ La casa è bellissima, pulita e molto curata, c’è tutto quello che serve, in realtà anche di più visto che Juan ci ha fatto trovare nel frigo frutta fresca, pane e altro. Juan ed Èlena ci hanno accolto e aiutato con suggerimenti sul Caminito del Rey. Ospitalità e cortesia fuori dal comune.

+ El anfitrión respondió amablemente a todas nuestras cuestiones. Hicimos un check in súper tarde (previo aviso) y no nos pusieron ningún problema. Es más, nos recibieron con una tortilla de patatas por si no habíamos cenado. ¡Un detallazo de diez que no te esperas! La casa está impecable. Limpia a rabiar y equipada por completo. También nos dejaron apлет para el desayuno, y sin escatimar. Es una pena que no pudiéramos quedarnos más деньs, porque es una delicia de sitio. Además nos dijeron que no tuviéramos prisa en salir por la mañana.

Fine place

+ A really nicely thought out place. It was good to have some basic food supplies provided; appreciated. Great stove that warmed the place up well (December, so cold outside) - also useful air conditioning. Good kitchen, comfy beds.

+ Super cosy basement apartment in lovely town in superb area of Andalucia. Wonderful hosts, plenty of heating for a winter visit as well as a log fire. Very well equipped kitchen. Good WiFi - in short the perfect apartment and deserving of its 10/10 score!

A perfect home for our three-night stay in Ardales.

+ This lovely apartment, full of plants and flowers, was a perfect home for our three-night stay in Ardales. The hosts, mother and daughter, made us feel welcome from the start with a bowl full of fruit and other treats. Parking was convenient on the curb next to the apartment. There was a food market at the end of the block. Several restaurants were a short walk away. Wi-Fi was excellent. In short, we liked everything about the Casabobastro. Most people use Ardales as a base for hiking the Caminito del Rey, but there is also a good prehistory museum here and you can arrange a tour of the Cave of Ardales, where both Neanderthals and early modern humans left their marks on the walls.
