Informa a DCU Rooms con antelación de tu hora prevista de llegada. Para ello, puedes utilizar el apartado de peticiones especiales al hacer la reserva o ponerte en contacto directamente con el жилье. Los datos de contacto aparecen en la confirmación de la reserva.
Las personas menores de 18 лет solo pueden alojarse si van acompañadas de alguno de sus progenitores o tutores legales.
Los гостей deberán mostrar un documento de identidad válido y una tarjeta de crédito al realizar el registro de entrada. Ten en cuenta que todas las peticiones especiales están sujetas a disponibilidad y pueden comportar suplementos.
- Guests are required to show a photo identification and a damage deпозit is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deпозit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

- Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

- Reception is open Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturday - Sunday & Bank Holidays 9am - 6pm.
If you are arriving outside of the official reception hours you can check-in with security at the entrance to the sports complex.

- PARKING: Please be advised, that parking terms & conditions may have changed since you booked. Please note that Parking is now chargeable.
Scan to Pay or via the parking app. For more information and parking fees, please visit https://www.apcoa.ie.
For guests with a non-Irish phone number and/or credit card please use the scan pay functionality when paying for car parking.

- When booking 10 rooms or more, or a booking of EUR 1500 or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply.

​- Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
