Great spacious apartments in perfect location

+ Great large apartment with fantastic facilities. Fab location with 5 minute walk to Moraira centre.

− A bit OTT with the inventory having to count very single item in the kitchen , not sure how id damage a knife or fork (or break one) 🤔 also some of the equipment was damaged and unusable..the pool chairs. The terrace could also do with a bit of a tidy up.

Luxury

+ Everything. Perfect location. Beautiful communal pool. Apartment had everything you could ask for. And the added bonus of a private roof terrace with its own little plunge pool, perfect to cool down when sunbathing.

+ Excellent location, Spacious flat, Nice outside areas, Laundry area and facilities a good asset as needed to wash towels etc. Well equipped kitchen

− Needed dressing tables in the 2 main bedrooms, No spare bed linen for a longer stay, Shower efficiency not good when both being used, 3rd bedroom with bunk beds only really suitable for children, Parking was a plus but the access into the garage can be tricky

+ Excellent location, great facilities and very good service. Very good communication with the host and team no problems everything was a plus.

Nice apartment but think overpriced. Nice area of Moraira.

+ Convenient for the town centre. Secure area. Good sized balcony, living area, well equipped kitchen. Modern and fresh.

− One bedroom was too small to fit a king sized bed in - not enough space on either side to safely get out/in the bed. A small chair or stool would have been useful to sit on to dress/undress. Elderly occupants of that room on this visit. Large mirror leant against wall not secured. A teapot would have been a very welcome addition in the kitchen. Two coffee machines but not a teapot - please add to the very considerable and lengthy inventory! Exterior painting on the roof patio whilst staying. Fortunately weather wasn’t hot enough for using the patio on most days. Another apartment key would have been useful between 5 adults.

Perfect location

+ Perfect location close to the center with all the restaurants and shopping. Nice and very comfortable apartment with all you need, nice rooftop with sunbed and little pool, which was bigger than expected. Nadine very kind lady who welcome us and introduced us to all the facilities in the apartment. Big local market every friday on the side of the street.

+ We stayed at Duplex Moraira for 10 days over the May half term holiday. We were two couples, teenage granddaughter and a three year old. The apartment was fabulous, clean and with all the facilities you need. Plenty of hot water in the two luxurious bathrooms too. The rooftop private pool was great and perfect for our toddler. There is even a planche (fancy bbq) on the roof and we had an amazing meal up there. The outside communal pool was great too although it has no sunbeds for lazing by the pool which is a shame. A special mention for the hosts representative Nadine who was great and made us very welcome. We hired a car and the underground parking is a bit tricky getting in, I was glad I didn’t have a large vehicle. Moraira itself is a fantastic resort, loads of great restaurants and a very nice child friendly beach and seafront. We will be returning to moraira for certain and would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

+ Property immaculate and very nicely furnished. Facilities were great. The rooftop plunge pool is fantastic and the pictures don’t do it justice! Other residents in the development were helpful and very friendly.

+ Fantastic Apartment, in a good location walking distance to the bars, shops, restaurants, beach etc. Well equipped, clean, and comfy beds. Great roof terrace with sun all day.

− Check-in/out was a bit longwinded. Parking entrance was very tight.

A thougherly lovely Appartment, within an easy walk to Restaurants, Bars & Shops.

+ Excellent Location- An easy walk to the town centre for lots of Restaurants & Bars. Also a large Supermarket around the corner for supplies. The rooftop terrace was also lovely and private. The Apartment itself had everything you needed for a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.

− The main pool in the gardens didn’t have any Sunbeds or chairs for visitors use. So we didn’t go down there for a swim.

+ Lovely spacious apartment with open views, ideal позition for. Village and beaches ( 5 mins walk). Wish we could have stayed here longer but the apartment was already booked. Good communications -thoroughly recommend.

− We do NOT recommend using the underground car park below the apartments, unless you have a very small car. It is difficult to manoeuvre in the car park itself and nerve-wracking trying to drive out up the slope and through the gate at an angle. Once was enough for us, we got out of the car park and never went back, using the free council car park over the road instead.
