Muy agradable, y activa

+ Bastante bien , sobre todo excelente en limpieza

− El grifo de la cocina, no se puede manejar bien, resultaba muy incómodo.Revisar pues encontramos alguna gran cucaracha.

+ El apartamento estaba bien situado, con buenas vistas y fácil aparcamiento.

− Tuvimos que dejar el apartamento a los dos деньs de estancia porque ingresaron a la madre de mi cónyuge. De los 9 деньs solo pudimos disfrutarlo 2. Pedimos mediante Booking que si era позible, ya que no habíamos disfrutado ni de la mitad de los деньs, que si tenían a bien devolvernos los деньs no disfrutados. Aún estoy esperando una contestación. Sé, por medio de amigos que también utilizan Booking, y que les ha ocurrido algo parecido que le han devuelto parte de la estancia no disfrutada. Así que mi experiencia no ha sido demasiado buena aunque el apartamento estaba muy bien.

− No cleaning done for the ten days we were there, although there was clean towels and sheets in the cupboard which have never experienced before.

Great chilled week, location superb, we liked the vibe of La Duquesa, largely unspoilt with just enough restaurants/

+ Great location, 2mins from the beach, restaurants & bars with Eroski supermarket a 15mins walk. Plenty of nice places to visit in the surrounding area, Ronda, Manilva, good walk along the nice esplanade through Castillo up to Пляж Aldea with plenty of Chiringuitos for refreshments. Really well equipped apartment, including a free underground parking space, lovely big veranda. Although our initial impression of the host who greeted us was rushed & didn’t explain much he did rescue us from the veranda when we locked ourselves out! And was flexible with a late checkout, so hugely grateful 🙂

− Unfortunately not the cleanest floors, our feet were black within seconds of first walking on them, not convinced they had been cleaned & so that was our first job! The apartment is quite tired looking in need of a refresh & would recommend a walk in shower, ditch the bath.

Traumurlaub in bester Lage

+ Die traumhafte Lage und die riesige Terrasse, von der aus wir diese auch bewundern und erleben konnten, hat diese Wohnung einzigartig gemacht. Hier hatten wir für den Urlaub ein sehr tolles Domizil gefunden und die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die komplette Ausstattung hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen.

Very relaxing holiday in a prime location.

+ Perfect location. Short walk to marina with many restaurants and bars. Short walk to the beach. Private parking space in next door premises' underground garage so car not baking in the sun. Fabulous terrace with great views. Large enough for a table & chairs plus 2 sunbeds which was great if you didn't want to go out one day. Fully equipped kitchen if you wished to self cater. Good aircon. Pleasant reception guys in the building. Had a small maintenence issue with a shutter but was resolved next day and didn't cause us any issues.

− Can genuinely say there was nothing to dislike about the apartment. There are pools available on the complex and my only issue was that there weren't umbrellas available for all the beds. If you need some shade then please bear this in mind. Otherwise, a pleasant pool area.

Second stay here and really don’t want to leave, the view and location are superb.

− WiFi is useless only works in one spot in the bedroom. Apartment needs a new kettle,very dangerous when pouring.

− Sofa bed mattress was comfy but could not fold away

everything was top quality and we would stay there again with no hesitation.

+ Close to main amenities and restaurants/bars. Marina on door step. Easy walks to nearby resorts. Loved the castle nearby.Very secure entrance into building. Sea views and fabulous large sun terrace.

− Sun beds around pool needed replacing.
