+ Les chambres côté rue sont très bruyantes. Mauvaise insonorisation en général, difficile de dormir. Manque de prise électrique vers la tête de lit. Chambre propre dans l'ensemble par contre la salle de bain date un peu très médiocre. Nous avons trouvé au sol des tous petits cafards. A noter cet hôtel ne disпозe pas de parking. Il est très difficile de trouver une place. A 600 mètres il y a un parking en terre battue avec des trous. Point позitif l'hôtel se trouve à 15 minutes de l'aéroport.

+ We had a great stay. Lovely hotel, ideal location. spacious bright room. Comfortable bed. Stayed 5 nights and not once were we woken up at night by stupid people coming back to the hotel at night. Close to airport and minutes to the beach. Great pool. Very friendly staff. Amazing selection for breakfast. We will be back. Thank you

+ La pulizia della camera avviene ogni due giorni. In quarant'anni non ho mai sentito un hotel che non rifaccia la stanza e il bagno tutti i giorni. Nella sala colazione esiste soltanto una macchina che somministra bevande calde, una mattina era guasta e la cameriera si è improvvisata facendo i caffè ad una improbabile macchinetta e facendo scaldare il the nel micronde 10€ rubati. Sconsigliato

+ Unfortunately I did not like at all my stay in Arenal. I had a room with cockroaches and bugs and cockroaches on the bed. As soon as I arrived staff where not nice. The room was really noisy and I could not sleep at all. Soap in the shower was missing. I also would have preferred if the hotel gave me the toothbrush and toothpaste even if charged.

+ Hôtel bien situé, proche de la plage et des restaurants. Chambre propre, avec la clim. La piscine est un plus, juste la fermeture à 18h30 est trop tôt selon moi. Je ne captais pas le wifi dans ma chambre.

+ Hotellet er OK, men ikke noget særligt. Byen er derimod forfærdelig og meget hurtigt kunne vi konstatere at vi aldrig skal dertil igen. Vi blev kun bekræftet i dette, da vores bil var forsøgt stjålet. Alt hvad byen går op i er druk.

+ Fint og rent rom. Skulle ha en natt. Minus at det ikke var aircondition, eller var en bryter men virket ikke så ble veldig varmt. Ellers helt topp. Nærme strender og uteliv.

+ Das Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig. Leider kein Kühlschrank vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, wenn sich dort jedoch einbucht um Party zu machen kann man das in Kauf nehmen. Frühstück gibt es für 10€ mit ausreichender Auswahl ist aber nichts besonderes. Bierkönig und Co. innerhalb ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Vacaciones en él arenal

+ El hotel está situado cerca de todas las cosas que importan,playa, comercios, restaurantes. Cerca de autobuses y de el que va al aeropuerto. La piscina muy bonita y grande en xona tranquila. La cama individual aunque comoda me parecio muy pequeña ,podria ser un poco mas ancha Te pueden guardar las maletas sin problema. El check out es mas pronto queblo habitual ,a las 11h00 en vez de las 12h00. En general una estancia muy comoda y agradable. Wi-Fi gratis que funciona 👍

+ Nära stranden och smidigt med bussar till flygplatsen (A2) och Palma (25). Rent, hjälpsam personal. Dock väldigt livat på gatan utanför så skulle inte bo här med rum ut mot vägen. Finns lite större matbutiker i närheten Mercadona och en lite större Sparbutik som också har ett café med kaffe, baguetter mm.

+ El hotel esta cuidad y son hamables con algo de renovación. La habitación amplia y limpia. Pero el colchón es malo y no descansas del todo bien

+ Amazing stay! Easily accessible with bus stops near that go to and from the airport, the beach and main front is only a 5 minute walk away. The rooms were tidy and spacious, and cleaners came often to provide new towels. I recommend everyone to take advantage of their outdoor pool! Would definitely stay again, Hotel Amazonas thank you you for providing a lovely place to stay!

Great, clean, hotel near beach

+ Very clean hotel, nice breakfast, helpful polite staff who work very hard. Great pool, opens at 10.30 till 6.30 no trouble getting sun loungers and only 5 mins to the beach. Near shops and eateries znd bars.

Too noisy for me unfortunately.

+ I really enjoyed the pool area even though some construction noise was present. I liked the fact of walking distance to beach, shops and transport links. My hotel room unfortunately was on the street near the 24/7 kebabs shops this made for a lot of noise and the smell of food got into my clothes. I think even if I’d got a different room the walls are thin so I don’t think it would have made too much of a difference. I found the staff to be helpful and polite. Would I stay here again? … no. If had soundproofing then yes I’d happily book another holiday at this hotel. :)

+ Sympathisches einfaches Hotel, in dem ich mich wohlgefühlt habe. Tolle Rezeptionisten, gutes Frühstück. Nur das WLAN ist in den hinteren Zimmern nicht zu empfangen. Dafür ist dort der Verkehr kaum zu hören. Viele Minimärkte in der Umgebung. War sehr zufrieden.

+ Staff made the hotel all of them were wonderful. Especially the tattoed lady on reception even helped me set my phone up (iam nearly 70) breakfast was wonderful.

Amazing for the price.

+ Very good location a little tucked away from the busy streets so you can get away from the noise. The room was good. The WiFi did not work in the room. First two floors seem to have WiFi. Great value for the price. Good staff. I paid $165 for 3 nights so can’t complain too much.

+ I was a solo traveler stayed here for 4 nights and was worried about the noise as I had read bad reviews but really it wasn’t that bad. The room has everything you need. Very friendly staff. Peaceful pool area. A good selection at breakfast which goes on until 10. Location is 2 mins away from the beach. For the price this hotel is very good

Basislager

+ Habe das Hotel für einen Kurztrip (2 Nächte ohne viel Schlaf) als Basis genutzt. Trotz der großen Entfernung zur Partyscene an der Пляж. Dafür kann ich es wärmstens empfehlen. Zimmer mit Balkon Richtung Straße (Verkehrslärm). In meinem Fall hat mich das nicht gestört. Super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

+ Affordable, clean. STREET PARKING ONLY!! and is very difficult to find. The fan in the room was very noisy, the bed wasnt very comfortable. The bathroom door didn't open all the way. Housekeeping every two days.

+ Das Hotelzimmer ist in einem schlechten zustand. Die Wände zu den Nachbarzimmern sind so dünn, dass jedes Geräusch/Gespräch nicht zu überhören war. Der Straßenlärm war nicht zu überhören, da die Balkontüre nicht richt zu ging.

+ The hotel itself looks decent and the staff very helpfull and kind, but the enviroment all around with 95% 24 hours drunk tourists who needs is just alcool where you can't even have a coffee in the morning o a decent place to eat but a beer and you must walk a long way to find one because you only find turkish doner kebap or minimarket in Spain it is really an horrible experience.

+ Staff were excellent and ready to help, had a fault with my balcony door, went down to talk to reception within 5 minutes someone had come up to fix it for me. Good location less then 5 minute walk to the beach and bus stops. Nice simple room 0 complaints
