− Mancanza della presa per caricare il telefono da un lato del letto- questa l’unica (piccola ) pecca La porta del bagno Wc non si chiudeva molto bene.

+ Right across the Guggenheim museum. Plenty of transit options around. Airport bus stop is close by. Easily reachable/walkable to Casa Viejo. Plenty of restaurants close by.

− Wir fanden das Zimmer eher klein und etwas beengend. Die Raumaufteilung mit dem schmalen begehbaren Schrank sowie die vom Bad getrennte Toilette ohne Lavabo hat uns nicht gefallen.

+ The bed was extremely comfortable and the hotel staff was lovely. In addition, the AC actually worked and the room had slippers and robe along with other lovely perks. It was a great location and experience. I would absolutely stay again.

− Unfortunately we had an internal courtyard room which had opaque glass as it looked out onto the back of the building so felt a little claustrophobic. Didn’t make our stay any worse saying that.

− There is some hiccup where I asked for upgrade for museum facing room but did not get one . But the hotel asked to pay for the upgrade which is odd, maybe just a misunderstanding .

− Les salles d'eau sont belles mais peut-être un peu petites et on met vite de l'eau partout en se douchant.

Bilbao central location

+ Located across the street from the Guggenheim Museum and within walking distance of many restaurants and other museums. The staff were excellent and gave us good suggestions for food. It was raining on day 2 and the hotel lent us umbrellas.

− A reggeliztetés nagyon körülményes , így lassú is, csak részben büfé jellegű . Nagyon hideg műanyag székek az agyon hűtött helyen, ami szűkös is, egyáltalán nem volt kellemes élmény a reggelizés
