Prettig verblijf met goede faciliteiten in een leuk deel van de stad.

+ Centrale ligging in een leuk deel van de stad. Inrichting en extra's van het appartement in orde. Alles nagenoeg nieuw. Aanwezigheid van een parasol en strandstoeltjes was fijn.

− Ligging van het appartement in oud huizenblok en de entree tot het appartement was niet schoon. Balkon van de buren beter afschermen waardoor meer privacy.

+ - Dobra lokalizacja; - duży taras - wygodne łóżka

− - apartament najlepsze czasy ma już za sobą. Plamy na meblach tarasowych i na ścianach. Widać, że remont zrobiony był gustownie ale najtańszym sпозobem. - apartament wyпозażony, ale to wyпозażenie pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Patelnia teflonowa była tak podrapana, że nie nadawała się do użytku. - brak windy i wąskie schody - problematyczne przy przyjeździe z dzieckiem - taras co prawda duży, ale blok mieszkalny tuż na przeciwko, więc brak prywatności - bardzo słaba izolacja akustyczna, słychać każdy ruch na klatce schodowej - kasują dodatkowo 45 euro za pobyt psa ale nie oferują w tej cenie nawet miski na wodę. To tylko dodatkowy koszt za sprzątanie.

Perfect for a workation

+ Wow, what an amazing stay this is. We stayed here for almost a week, a combination of work and relax, and had a very comfortable stay. It had everything we needed. An amazing terrace to enjoy the sun, a well equiped kitchen and two bathrooms. Besides we also loved the location, you are close to the old town and to the port! The hosts were very helpfull and kind! Would definitely recommend this stay!

excellent accommodation, would recommend to anyone and stay again myself

+ stunning apartment with everything you need. the outdoor sunbeds and table were a real bonus - in the sun all the day. and the video showing where to find the keys and how to access the property made it a totally stress free event to access the property as well as the owners kindly letting us access early after an early flight into Spain.

− only thing I didn't like were the pillows - but that's very much a personal choice thing

Genial, mejor que en casa

+ El apartamento era perfecto, tenía de todo y estaba cuidado hasta el último detalle. La verdad que nos dio pena tener que irnos. Si volvemos ya sabemos donde ir sin lugar a dudas.

Super appartement, fijn locatie, maar helaas geluidsoverlast en erg gehorig.

+ Super goede ligging, goed te parkeren, heel schoon, ruim en mooi van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk dakterras.

− Het zit helaas in een oud appartement en het is echt veel te gehorig. Twee nachten wakker gelegen van de buren. Eerdt de onderburen, je hoort alles wat mensen zeggen. Een andere nacht de bovenburen waarvan de kinderen tot 1 uur snachts aan het drummen waren. Dit was voor ons en onze baby echt heel vervelend.

Prima verblijf, loopafstand van strand en leuke tentjes. Je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt!

+ Lekkere bedden, goede douche en prima keuken

− Het appartement is ontzettend gehorig. Buiten veel lawaai op straat, mensen die ‘‘s avonds en ‘s nachts schreeuwen. Maar je hoort ook altijd je bovenburen en buren praten, stoel verschuiven, feest vieren, lopen. Je hoort echt alles. Daarnaast komt er eens in de zoveel dagen een vreselijk vieze riool lucht uit het doucheputje. Afwerking is matig op sommige plekken: keuken is niet afgekit, kitranden in de douche zijn beschimmeld, etc

+ The apartment was fabulous! Spacious and stylish interior. The attention to detail was very much appreciated (as an interior designer myself). It was immaculately clean and had absolutely everything we needed and more. The location was incredibly convenient - walking distance to great cafes, supermarkets etc. Communication was incredibly easy and very friendly. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to return soon. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

+ Second time staying at Puerto de Javea in a Nuka Homes apartment and we had very nice experiences. Both flats were very near the beach, very well decorated with a nice terrace to catch thewinter sun! That side of Javea is authentic and staying in those flots make our stay so nice each time :-) We recommend and will come back!
