− Los escalones y que le faltaba un poco de mantenimiento a la casa, sobre todo en las ventanas y paredes. Tampoco me agrodo el viento que nos hizo imпозible utilizar la terraza.

Estancia en familia maravillosa

+ Hemos pasado unos деньs estupendos en familia. La casa es perfecta para viajar con niños o con varios familiares: amplia, muy cómoda y con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Todo estaba muy limpio y muy bien cuidado, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera aún más agradable. Además, está muy bien situada en la isla de Gran Canaria, en una zona tranquila. Hay un paseo muy agradable por la costa ideal para caminar y disfrutar del paisaje, y también hay restaurantes y supermercados relativamente cerca. Recomendamos disponer de coche para moverse con más comodidad por la zona y para visitar otros lugares de la isla. La atención del anfitrión fue excelente, muy amable y atento от el primer momento, facilitando todo para que nuestra llegada y estancia fueran perfectas. Sin duda, es un lugar muy recomendable para familias que quieran disfrutar de unos деньs de descanso en un entorno bonito y bien ubicado. ¡Volveríamos sin dudarlo!

Villa très confortable et idéalement située pour tous les déplacements sur l'île.

+ La villa est particulièrement bien équipée, on est comme chez nous. Délicate attention à l'arrivée, petit vin local et barres céréales. Emplacement idéal, près de l'aéroport et du petit village de la Garita,qu'on peut rejoindre par la corniche et qui rend bien des services.

− L'ouverture du coffre pour la clé, un peu difficile!

+ Нас было 6 человек, 2 семьи, 4 Отдельных спальни, 2 сан узла, закрытый двор с барбекю, всегда находили место для 2 машин, район где живут местные жители.

− 2 спальни которые выходят на улицу довольно шумные, если спать с открытами окнами и слышны звуки самолётов. Во всём районе есть запах канализации, но это не проблема хозяина.

+ Standard style row house apartment in a residential area. Neighbours on one side, sandy field on the other side. The apartment was tidy and there was plenty of storage space. Quick access to the highway for day trip purпозes. The apartment is equipped for six people so a dishwasher would be good addition as there are no extra dishes or utensils.

− There are no views, living room is a bit dark. Some sockets coming out of the walls.

+ I recently stayed at La Dama del Mar vacation house in Las Palmas Gran Canaria and it was an absolute delight! This cozy villa is owned by the lovely Yolanda, who made sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The house itself is located in a peaceful area with spectacular views of the sea. The interiors are tastefully decorated with modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a spacious living room. One of the highlights of our stay was the outdoor terrace, which was perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun or relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening. The terrace also had a barbecue grill, which we used to prepare delicious meals with fresh seafood purchased from the nearby market. Yolanda’s hospitality was outstanding, from the warm welcome to the helpful tips and recommendations for the best places to visit during our stay. She even provided us with beach towels, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, I highly recommend staying at La Dama del Mar vacation house. It’s the perfect getaway for anyone looking to relax and rejuvenate in the beautiful island of Gran Canaria. Thank you, Yolanda, for an unforgettable experience!

A house with its own charm.

+ The best stay in Gran Canaria. The house is fully equipped with everything you could ever need, even small things. Host is awsome, we went shopping and bought way too much things, so we asked if there are scales in our house to measure weight of our luggage. There wasnt but now there are- our wonderful host bought them at the same day and gave us. Also the design of the house was very beautiful. We 100% recommend.
