Hotel with a view.

+ The best move was to upgrade to Level 1 club access. The view from the breakfast area was breathtaking. Sierra Nevada and Alhambra Palace in one frame. Just awesome. Hotel was nice and functional. Good location.

All pros. No cons. Loved it!

+ Staff, location, accessibility, looks, cleanliness... everything? Whenever I return to Granada, I shall stay here again! Period.

+ El hotel es excepcional. Las instalaciones, las vistas, las habitaciones, el desayuno, todo todo es muy agradable. Empezando por la recepción, en la que se destaca la atención de su personal por su amabilidad y predisпозición. Como éramos 4 nos ofrecieon un up grade para estar en habitaciones comunicadas lo que hizo mas cómoda nuestra estancia. Y ni que decir del confort de sus habitaciones. Mención aparte merece el Recepcionista Ramón que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera mucho amena y cómoda. Con su predisпозición a que siempre estuvieramos cómodos y sus recomendaciones hizo позible que nuestra estancia en Granada fuera muy provechosa y agradable. También destaco la predisпозicón de Alexandra en darnos toda la información que necesitábamos.

− No hubo nada que no nos haya gustado. Todo lo contrario, destaco enormemente la amabilidad de todo el personal.

Excellent hotel to visti Granada

Great hotel, great location

+ Lovely hotel in centre of Granada close to all attractions. Buffet breakfast had plenty of options. A shoutout to the staff on the front desk who were always cheerful and happy to help. Wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again should we return to Granada.

Excellent hotel, location and team. Our whole family loved our stay

+ Lovely hotel and staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and attentive. They helped with our very late schedule since we were arriving so late from the US. The food was artfully prepared and the room details are amazing. High ceilings and very cool decor. We staying in a Level Connect Junior Suite where the kiddos had the room next to ours and a joining corridor for the two rooms. It was great for us having two spaces, one for the kids and another for the adults. Rooms are on the smaller side for in comparison to the US of course, but things like the blackout shades and the showers made it feel very lux. One small issue for us but probably not for most people was we had trouble figuring out all the light switches. You will not be disappointed staying here!

Elda was Awesome

+ We had a wonderful experience with this hotel. A great example is when I left my backpack in a такси that Elda helped me get. She called the такси company and was able to get my backpack returned to me at the train station. Elda went above and beyond for me.

Great hotel in the center of Granada

+ We stayed in this hotel in February 2026 for 4 nights. Hotel is located in the center and very convenient to walk to major attractions and is in the city. There are many good restaurants just street away. Room was I would say on the smaller side , but we still have comfortable accommodation. Hotel offers breakfast buffet that was good and restaurant is on the top with great view of the city and Alhambra I wanted to thank front desk personal to help me to secure booking excursion to Alhambra palace right away since I didn’t book it in advance. Overall great stay.
