− Air con did not work properly, had to move rooms.

+ The hotel had a bedbug infestation. After we returned from the hotel, we spent our time undergoing treatments. The rooms were dirty. They smelled bad.

− The hotel's parking lot is outside the hotel. You walk to the hotel with your luggage. The area isn't safe. The front desk is on the 32nd floor. When you leave the parking lot, you don't know where to go. We spent twenty minutes trying to reach the front desk. The African man at the front desk wasn't helpful at all.

− Le personnel de la réception était froid, on nous a donné une chambre qui n’était pas faite. Parking très cher et assez étroit.

+ Emplacement proche de la gare et la vue incroyable sur Lyon de nuit et au lever du jour .

Good place and comfortable. Location fine if you want to be close to the train station.

+ Close to train station but located in the middle of the city this is fine if you want to be in the city but we were there on the weekend and many things were. Loved and the best places to go weee around 20-30 minutes walk away.

− The entrance and reception areas are a long way away and hard to navigate with luggage eg have to use two separate lifts to get to room and even through it is open plan there are no stairs around.

+ La позizione, lo staff gentilissimi. L'hotel si presenta bene nella zona moderna di lione. Tram e metropolitana sotto L'hotel. Dal 37 piano un panorama meraviglioso su lione.

− Per un hotel a 4 stelle la manutenzione del hotel era scarsa. La porta interna callamitata era rotta, le tende non si aprivano bene. Il lavandino tappato. La colazione per un hotel del genere doveva essere più assortita. Il cuscino era scomodissimo

Fantastic views of the city in a comfortable, stylish hotel.

+ The views are absolutely stunning. The architecture of the hotel is impressive. The rooms are comfortable and the staff very friendly. Great bar and restaurant on site.

− It’s a lovely place to stat but the furniture is a little tired in places. The upholstery on the armchair in our room was ripped and the desk in our son’s rooms chipped. The car park is a bit away from the accommodation.
