The apartment exceeded my expectations

Absolutely perfect

+ Everything was just perfect! Absolutely fantastic hosts very kind and accommodating when me and my friend stayed during the power outage, they stayed late to make sure we could check in we were stuck in Barcelona unable to contact them they were so lovely. The apartment is really fab, clean and perfect for friends as there are 2 bedrooms both good sizes and 2 bathrooms, the balcony is lovely and makes a great place to chill out after a very busy day in Barcelona. Thank you again we will be back ☀️

Would stay again in a heartbeat.

+ We were upgraded to a larger apartment, which was much appreciated. The rooms were ample, comfortable and clean and the agency hosts were very friendly and helpful. The flat is in a perfect location for me: close to shops and restaurants, but not right in the centre of everything.

− The kitchen light was flickering, and we were told it would take a couple of days to find a replacement. We opted to leave it as was. And the lift is the strangest I have ever seen. I don't know if it's temperature controlled, but I had to use the stairs a LOT.

Lovely apartment, perfect for a family stay.

+ Location was perfect for the Irish Musical Festival in Sitges.

− Could not use one closet/ wardrobe because it had an unpleasant smell.

+ Property was ideally located in centre of Sitges. The shops, railway and bus stations, beach, restaurants and bars were only a short walk. Accommodation was spacious and very clean. Would recommend.

− Both showers - one had broken fixings and couldn't be used on the wall, the other wasn't adjustable and was too high. Repairs could easily resolve this. Cleaning materials were empty!

Fabulous apartment in a great location!

+ Great location, great apartment. Clean and tidy, kitchen had enough bits and bobs. Balcony was super!

− Very hard to find anything really. Except the shower heads weren’t attached the walls. A tiny, tiny thing really!

OK for short stay, but it isn’t accessible friendly. If you’re able bodied, go for it.

+ We stayed apartment 2A. It’s light, central, clean and reasonably well equipped. In fact it would have been 5 stars all round if I wasn’t disabled and a wheelchair user. It was advertised as having facilities for disabled. It didn’t.

− Pavement is narrow. There’s a small step up to front door. No room to turn my chair. Once in the apartment there was a hall table blocking the hall way and my chair. The bathroom had no grab rails and the shower no shower seat.

+ Property owner had exceptional hospitality. It was good value for money and the neighbourhood was serene and quiet perfect for relaxation.

+ We liked the convenience of the location, the size of the apartment and the balcony. The kitchen was well equipped.

− The beds are extremely uncomfortable. All the mattresses were uneven and we were all sinking in the middle of the mattress. We could even feel the slats of the bed on our backs. Additionally, pillows were incredibly hard. we have requested softer pillows to the management, but they brought us another two pillows that were the same exact hard pillows we had on the apartment. The comforter/blankets were dirty and smelled bad. The shower heads were horrible to wash. The shower heads cannot be adjusted and the water was not warm at the end of our stay. The shower chord from one of the bathrooms broke down and we could not use this shower during the last 3 nights of our stay even though we reported the problem right away. Having only one shower for 6 people was horrible. We were disappointed that the management could have easily solved this problem just by switching the shower chord. But nothing was done. The apartment is not for light sleepers. it can be very noisy. Some of the kitchen dishes were filthy dirty. The middle bathroom smelled like pee, but we think this was coming from the plumbing.
