+ Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, apartament codziennie sprzątany, pomocna obsługa. Po moim wcześniejszym mailu udało się zorganizować szybsze zakwaterowanie.

Great location helpful staff need some tidying up

+ We had our apartment upgraded free of charge Because It Was wrongly advertised as One Bedroom flat but they wanted to give me studio There was no dividing Doors to the bedroom. Location is great

− When we were offered first apartment, there was a very very dangerous crack in the glass partition wall in the bathroom so it was not safe to use that apartment and all the apartment finishing are very poor. There is no hooks for the towels in the bathroom so everything you have to leave on the sink or on the floor so it’s not very well planned.

+ Todo muy limpio y muy equipado, la TV está ubicada detrás de un espejo, es una pasada!

+ Está muy bien situado, el acceso es muy cómodo y la habitación tiene un buen tamaño. La decoración es bonita.

− Las cortinas estaba sucias, el mando de la televisión no funciona. Hemos estado varias veces y nos ha dado la sensación de que no estaba bien conservado.

+ Really clean and brilliant location, staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Great base for all the sights of Madrid

+ Property was hi tech with outdoor space and amenities and access to centre was super. Apartment itself had a coffee machine with coffee pods, washing machine (didn’t use) that I felt went over and above what was expected. Staff were friendly and hospitable and were able to accommodate preferences with no fuss. The breakfast was generous and even for a fussy eater there was plenty of good things to choose from via an in room delivery breakfast basket. They even had parking onsite which I didn’t use on this occasion.
