+ L'appartamento è grande

− Lo staff non è disponibile. Non mi hanno preparato il terzo letto. Li ho avvisati appena entrati nell'appartamento alle 16 ma mi hanno detto che sarebbero passati più tardi. Alle 21.30 torno a casa e ancora non c'era il terzo letto. Ho dovuto richiamare e sono passati alle 22.30 finalmente a portare il letto. Orari di check-in e check-out non convenienti.

+ Czysto, wygodne łóżka, duży salon, dostęp do aplikacji :)

− Brak mydła do rąk, mała ilość papieru toaletowego, brak podstawowych przypraw (cukier i sól)

It’s a great place to stay overall with a great value. Highly recommended!

+ Very roomy, quiet and comfortable. Convenient parking right on the street.

− A bit farther away from old town but within walking distance.

+ Super Lage, Parkplätze lassen sich auch finden. Keine 200 m zum nächsten größeren Supermarkt, in fünf Minuten ist man im Stadtzentrum. Bequemes Bett, zwei große Balkone.

− Die Ausstattung in der Küche (Pfannen, Besteck) könnte gepflegter sein.

+ La ubicación y la amplitud del apartamento.

− El mobiliario dejaba mucho que desear. El cuarto de baño, el mueble del lavabo estaba desastroso. No había ningún enchufe.

− Imóvel antigo e a precisar de muita manutenção. Limpeza fraca, estore da sala não funcionava, impossibilitando ter privacidade, visto a varanda ser apenas a 3 metros em frente da varanda do apartamento em frente. Movel do WC podre e paredes do apartamento sujas e algumas amolgadelas. Acho que pelo valor que cobram deviam fazer uma melhor manutenção

+ Este alojamiento combina sencillez y comodidad. El espacio es limpio y organizado, sin excesos. La cama es cómoda y garantiza un sueño reparador. La ubicación es conveniente y de fácil acceso. Fue una estancia muy satisfactoria.

Ótimo apartamento, boa localização. Recomendo!

− Ter que tirar o lixo. Não fica claro onde colocar.

+ Ausgezeichnete Erfahrung in dieser Unterkunft. Der Raum bietet eine sehr einladende Atmosphäre und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Sauberkeit war vorbildlich, alles war tadellos. Die Lage ist günstig, um die Stadt mühelos zu erkunden. Ich empfehle es für alle, die Ruhe suchen.

+ Fue una buena elección, con una habitación limpia y bien cuidada. El ambiente era tranquilo y nos permitió descansar bien. Todo transcurrió sin problemas durante nuestra estancia.

+ The apartment is very nice, big, spacious, and bright. The bed is comfortable. There are two balconies which were very nice to have coffee in the morning or a drink at night.

− The check in is a bit complicated. It is in a different location (about 15 minutes uphill walk from the apartment). We were lucky to be able to check in earlier, because if you go at 4-5pm there will be a queue and you might end up waiting for an hour, as the workers are slow. The wifi in the apartment was not working so we messaged the agency both on Booking and phone but didn't get a reply. We went to the agency, and were promised that it will be solved in couple of minutes. It wasn't. The next day we had to go there again, since it was not fixed and they did not reply to any messages. This was really not convinient for us. Finally, after two days they gave us another router.

− Mold ! Personel is lying (booking says that the checkin is 24h but they write you that you need to checkin between 16-20 at a different location first, where you have to wait because there is a line of people. The cleaning was not finished when we wanted to checkinwe were lucky because our cleaning was finished but other people needed to wait 1 hour or so before they can go to there Appartment.

Beautiful city but a really poor place to stay

+ Location was easy to find and it was near the city center. Check in and out were fairly easy

− Host couldn't be reached outside mail communication, or booking app or via call. I tried WA and Viber because it was more convenient for me in roaming but that wasn't an option. Upon arrival apartment hasn't been cleaned and it smelled like someone was frying fish inside. That was fixed after a phone call with the reception, but smell didn't go away while we were there. Sheets were old and had stains on them even though they were clean. Breakfast was really bad and i advise the owners not to include it in service because it deserves 0 stars. There wasn't enough toilet paper and also shower gel and shampoo were provided in minimal quantities. Really disappointing stay.

+ The location is close to restaurants and bars, although it is at the top of a hill.

− Aware it had no AC, stayed in other places in Portugal without AC that were not this hot. There was a horrible mouldy smell in the kitchen that meant neither me or my husband could enter it without gagging. There was no shower curtain meaning the bathroom would get extremely wet. The mop was wet and there was a dirty dish sponge left for us to use. Overall the smell of the apartment was not pleasant although upon entering at first it did smell clean, but the following morning the clean smell had left. No idea why this place is rated so highly.

+ The bed is big and comfy. Very spacious overall. Location is perfect.

− Only a small thing but the utensils could be improved in the kitchen. Knives need to be sharpened!

A spacious apartment, but some areas of concern.

+ The apartment was spacious and the facilities quite good. The position, while a bit further out of the Old City than we anticipated, was OK and close to a couple of good eateries. Overall, the apartment was good for a short stay.

− The check-in process was somewhat complicated, having to go to a separate place to show passports and pick up keys. The staff were very busy and efficient, but non-smiling and a bit officious. The apartment was a fair way away from the check-in point and we used Uber to find the place....even the driver struggled to find the address. The hills are quite steep in the area, and we are pleased we chose that option ( of a car to get there). The bath is extremely slippery when wet and I would suggest great caution when using it.. A bath would have been preferable in every case, but there was no plug either for the bath of bathroom sink at any stage. There is no lift and getting the bags up to the 3rd floor was a bit of a struggle. If you have back or knee problems, this apartment may not suit you.
