+ Ubicación y trato telefónico

− Al llegar había una tubería rota en el portal de entrada, olor fecal insoportable, ya nos podrían haber avisado, muy deficiente el apartamento

+ Although our check-in time was 3:00 PM, they forgot to leave the room key in the lockbox. Despite repeatedly trying to contact them, we were left waiting outside the property for about two hours. When we finally got into the room, there was no TV remote, the bed sheets were incomplete, and a pillow was missing. These issues made our stay very disappointing. I was not satisfied with the service at all and would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

− C'est de loin la pire expérience que j'ai eue avec un hébergement. Nous sommes arrivées à Malaga tard le soir, avec ma fille, après une journée de voyage très fatigante. Nous nous étions levées très tôt, avions eu plusieurs escales et n'avions qu'une seule envie : entrer dans l'appartement et nous reposer. Malheureusement, en suivant les instructions pour récupérer les clés, nous avons constaté que celles-ci ne correspondaient pas à la porte de l'appartement. Nous avons immédiatement contacté l'agence, mais pendant près de deux heures, la personne au téléphone ne comprenait pas le problème et continuait à nous demander de réessayer. Finalement, quelqu'un est venu nous ouvrir la porte. En revanche, cette personne est repartie avec la clé, ce qui signifiait que nous ne pouvions plus quitter l'appartement sans risquer de ne plus pouvoir y rentrer. Cette situation est totalement inacceptable. Après un voyage aussi long et fatigant, nous avons perdu deux heures devant la porte en pleine nuit, avec un enfant, à cause d'une erreur qui n'était pas de notre fait. Ce manque d'organisation et de professionnalisme a complètement gâché le début de notre séjour. Je ne recommande pas cet hébergement et j'espère que ce problème sera résolu afin que d'autres voyageurs ne vivent pas la même expérience.

− It was perfect

+ good location, reasonable distance to the sea, grocery store next door, taxi stand next door, close to public transport

− The apartment needs renovation, kitchen utensils, pans, pots, etc. should be replaced.

Estancia agradable.

+ Tranquilidad. Da a un patio interior y no se oye nada de la calle.

− La cama incómoda, blanda para mí gusto. Muchas lámparas con bombillas fundidas.

− No hay suficientes espejos. Sólo 1 del lavabo para 4 personas. No habían hecho limpieza a fondo

− czajnik stary, suszarka do włosów trzęsąca, bałam się używać, 2 talerze do śnaidania na 4 osoby, klimatyzację jak włączyliśmy to kurz taki wyleciał , że zamiataliśmy śmieci , z pewnością nie czyszczona przed sezonem powinny być 4 kołdry , były 2 bardzo szerokie , czyli w sumie ok

+ La ubicación, el equipamiento de cocina, todo super bien. Seguro silencioso.. Todo bien

− Fue bastante molesto el trato robotizado por WhatsApp para pedir el Check in o avisando que debíamos dejar la habitación y esas cosas. Muy insistentes, muchos mensajes.

− La cama no es cómoda, tiene forma de V,hay un agujero en el centro cayendo ambos al centro está para cambiar

+ La ubicación del apartamento y que es muy tranquilo no se oye nada de ruido

− Estaba la bañera sucia,la vitrocerámica sucia,los bajantes en el baño olían fatal..solo nos dejaron una bolsa de basura para tres dias un poco de dejadez en general

− L 'odeur des égouts qui sort de la salle de bain. Le lit et le sopha ne sont pas confortables.

Great location, basic facilities at a great price

+ Location was brilliant! This was a last minute booking due to staying an extra night in the area. Host was accommodating and quick to answer any questions and resolve issues.

− Slightly damp smell in bathroom, visible water damage to door but did not impact our stay

− Il bagno e la pulizia.

I would not recommend this property.

− The air con was not working from the off. It took 4 visits to fix it. Very disappointed.

un très bon emplacement pour bien profiter de Malaga !

+ L'emplacement est top vraiment au centre de Malaga, l'appartement est très bien équipé, des serviettes propres ont été mises à disposition, et le soir aucun bruit extérieur !

− Un petit souci dans le climatiseur de la chambre qui fait couler un peu d'eau. Petite galère pour trouver l'appartement (probablement une erreur humaine car on nous a assigné l'appartement D mais dans la porte c'était marqué C). Sinon ça reste un très bon deal !

− The bed had some serious roll-together. The bathroom smelled and the sink was blocked. We did alert them to this so hope it gets fixed. Bit of a faff having to collect and return the keys from another address
