− Llevo yendo desde que abrieron. Deberían de cuidar los detalles.En el studio 35 un cuadro esta totalmente roto y los cuadros totalmente descentrados . No queda nada bien y no le corresponde al excelente gusto que tienen

− Cogimos una habitación familiar. Era bonita pero incómoda. El sofá estaba roto. Al hacerse cama, la parte del respaldo estaba vencido y era super duro. El aire acondicionado no funciona bien. Un poco caos. Y no hay recepción o algo parecido para poder hablar con los dueños.

Muito agradável e bem localizado no centro de Loulé. Dá para fazer uma vida a pé, exceto ida a praia.

− Airco deed niet eerste nacht gelukkig hebben zij de volgende dag het gerepareerd. Als je gaat koken is de ventilatie niet perfect en het gaat stinken in de hele studio. De smalle trap om naar boven te gaan . Beter een studio beneden vragen als je veel bagage hebt.

− I don’t think the bathroom was prepared properly there was some type of shower gel lid in the shower basin which I believe was from previous guest so that to me looked as if the bathroom was not cleaned. I also didn’t like that room service went into room the next day when I was out and touched my aunties toothbrush and placed in toothbrush cup I think that’s one of those personal things you do not touch. But I won’t fault the place, it’s a beautiful property, very comfortable and very well put together I would recommend it and I will definitely return again.

+ A excelente localização. Está situado perto do Mercado Municipal e do restaurante A Casa, sendo possível fazer tudo a pé. A decoração é simples, mas acolhedora e funcional. Existe um espaço comum com cozinha, frigorífico e máquina de café. Fica num piso subterrâneo, com pouca luz natural, mas o tijolo à vista confere-lhe um ambiente acolhedor e cheio de carácter.

− A piscina é bastante pequena e adequada apenas para um casal. Existem apenas duas espreguiçadeiras junto à piscina e, quando chegam mais hóspedes, cria-se a sensação de que é necessário ceder o lugar. Além disso, a piscina não é adequada para nadar, pois tem cerca de um metro de profundidade. O duche da casa de banho deixava verter água para o chão, tornando a utilização menos prática. Durante a estadia vimos uma barata nas escadas interiores, junto à cozinha comum. Embora seja algo relativamente comum no verão, poderia haver um maior controlo para evitar este tipo de situações. Ainda assim, tendo em conta os preços praticados no Algarve, a relação qualidade-preço é boa.

Agradável, no entanto recomendo alguns cuidados extra.

+ A localização era facilmente acessível. O espaço era no geral, muito agradável. A cozinha estava bem equipada e incluía tudo menos o forno. Tinha máquina de lavar louça!

− A falta de isolamento sonoro nomeadamente nas portas era desagradável, especialmente durante as horas de sono, já que é complicado adormecer com o barulho da rua e no corredor. Foram também encontradas baratas repetidamente, vindas da casa de banho.

Excellent property highly recommended

+ Very central in Loule, very tastefully decorated period property . All essentials in the room. Staff dealt very efficiently with an issue I had with the key .

− Minor point the pool wasn’t in use until the morning I was leaving . Not a big issue for me.

Not the place it used to be.

+ It’s in a good location. We’ve stayed twice before but it wasn’t as good this time.

− The broken bed and the blocked shower. The bowl under the sink where it was leaking. The teenagers screaming and jumping into the pool.

+ Alojamiento muy tranquilo y limpio. Zonas comunes muy bonitas y cuidadas.

+ The location was great in the centre of the town. I liked the idea of transforming an old building into separate apartments. The apartment was nicely decorated and very clean. Check in was very easy. The basement has been converted into a large shared dining area with plenty of tables, seating, and a well equipped kitchen. The kitchen was modern and had everything you need for cooking, including a large fridge, lots of spices, and even free cookies. Everything was very clean.

− Our room was on the third floor. The stairs were quite narrow, steep, and winding, and there was no lift. We left our large bag in the car, but if you need to carry heavy or large luggage up the stairs, it can be quite a challenge. To get to the hot tub and swimming pool, you have to go down to the basement and then go outside, which was a bit inconvenient. The double bed was large and comfortable, but it squeaked every time we changed position. The sofa bed for two children was very uncomfortable. It was not flat when unfolded, and one side was sloping, so one child kept rolling onto the other during the night.

+ There was a bed and bathroom.

− I was standing outside the property and could not get in because no access code had been sent to me. The host was unreachable and only contacted me an hour later, after a neighbour had managed to reach him. There was no apology, and he simply did not seem to care. The accommodation was far too expensive for what was offered.

Would never stay anywhere else!

+ I have stayed 4 times in 3 years. Check in is simple, landlord is available, building and rooms are beautiful, AC works, best location in Loule and daily crew are exceptional!

Boa localização. Péssimo sofá cama.

− O sofá cama era completamente torto. Horroroso. Impossível de dormir com ele aberto, já que ele te joga para fora, pois estava quebrado. A cama de casal é barulhenta e (na minha opinião) muito desconfortável. A escada é MUITO apertada. Boa sorte se tiver de ir com malas para o hotel. Subir e descer as escadas requer muita atenção, pois os degraus são pequenos e ingrmes, em caracol. Se tiver malas grandes, vai ser um grande problema.

Foi uma estadia agradável.

+ Gostamos da boa localização e da facilidade com os mecanismos de entrada, embora não houvesse um receção. O quarto estava limpo e bem decorado. Há uma piscina pequena porém muito boa, além de jacuzzi.

− O sofá cama não era para duas pessoas como pensávamos, por isso três pessoas tiveram de dividir a cama. Falta um espelho em que se possa ver o corpo inteiro. As escadas são um tanto estreitas, uma pessoa com dificuldade de locomoção teria muitas dificuldades.
