+ Struttura in una buona posizione, buona la presenza della Smart tv. Lo staff preparato ed educato.

− Camere abbastanza vecchie poco pulite, cose non funzionanti tipo interruttori della camera e le luci.

+ Lack of customer service and cleanliness. The shower was very dirty

+ La ubicación genial! Hay un bus que te deja en la puerta itibaren el aeropuerto, y el taksi itibaren el hotel tarda 15 mins. La habitacion tenia algun desperfecto, pero estaba limpia. En la recepcion se dispone de una cocina común con nevera en la que puedes guardar tu comida y agua fresca.

− Al llegar (16h) la puerta y el bar estaban cerrados, por lo que tuvimos que llamar y escribir al anfitrión. Cuando conseguimos hablar con él, resultó que no hablaba español. Al hacer el checkin tuvimos que pagar las tasas de turista, cosa que no avisaban. El baño no dispone de jabon, champu, gel ni secador de pelo. La cama solo cuenta con una colcha y un cojin.

Dobar odnos cene i kvaliteta

+ Smestaj se nalazi na odlicnoj lokaciji.Dovoljno je blizu grada Palma(15-ak minuta automobilom)a opet dovoljno izdvojen da bi ste imali potreban mir.Sve je bilo kako je opisano,a self check-inn je prosao glatko.U blizini smestaja(na nekih 5 min hoda)se nalazi veliki besplatan parking. U zajednickoj prostoriji mozete pronaci neke stvari koje su ostavili prethodni gosti.Mi smo se poslužili suncobranom i loptom.Sve u svemu smatramo da je smestaj dobar odnos cene i kvaliteta. Pozdrav za menadzera od Marka i Milice

+ È stato particolarmente piacevole entrare in camera e sentire profumo. Anche gli asciugamani rilasciavano un buon odore di ammorbidente. Ci ho aggiornato solo una notte, ma è stata una piacevole scoperta. Non ho avuto problemi con il check in e nemmeno con il check out, tutto chiaro. Infine, molto comoda l’aria condizionata.

− Peccato per la porta: fessure evidenti che lasciano passare la luce dei corridoi la notte e troppi rumori durante tutta la giornata.

Muy recomendable

+ La atención y en general la habitación. El lugar muy cerca de la playa y de parada de autobús. Además de que la piscina es un plus al llegar de la playa en la tarde. En general le doy 9/10

− El baño de la habitación 1 en el segundo piso estaba bastante sucio por el paso del tiempo, mohoso y de color óxido.

+ Hotel położony całkiem niedaleko od pięknej plaży , w pobliżu sklepy spożywcze , restauracje , blisko duzy parking na którym zawsze znaleźliśmy miejsce. Bardzo miła, pomocna obsluga. Klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu.

− Niestety pomimo wielu zalet , hotel ma również wady. Kuchnia bardzo słabo wyposażona. Brak jakichkolwiek naczyń. Talerzy, kubków czy szklanek ... Pusta szuflada na sztucce. Domyślam się że goście zabierają to wszystko do pokoju. Nie dziwię się bo w pokoju nie ma nic, żadnej szklanki czy choćby talerzyka na którym np można by sobie pokroić jakieś owoce ... Pokroić nic się nie da bo nie ma noza. Ani w pokoju ani w kuchni. Kupiłem nóż w Sparze i nim pokroilem pomarańcze zakupione na targu. Nóż zostawiłem w kuchni hotelowej, może komuś się przyda . Warto pomyśleć nad tym aby w pokoju znalazły się dwa talerzyki, dwie szklanki lub kubki, jakieś lampki do wina. Na balkonie stoi stolik i krzesła ale jakby się chciało wypić na balkonie lampkę wina to nie ma z czego . Bardzo słabe Wi-Fi . Nie dało się z niego korzystać, musiałem korzystać ze swojego Wi-Fi. Kiepsko działające karty otwierające drzwi. Dostajemy dwie identyczne karty , jedna do drzwi wejściowych , druga do pokoju. Są białe bez żadnych oznaczeń. Za każdy razem zgadujemy czy mamy właściwą kartę w ręce, dodatkowo kiepsko łapią kontakt z odbiornikiem i nie wiadomo, czy próbuje otworzyć drzwi niewłaściwą kartą czy źle przykładam kartę właściwą. Stoimy przed drzwiami i próbujemy wejść. Warto pomyśleć nad tym wszystkim

Very Unpleasant, Stressful and Intimidated

− The host was rude on arrival & we where told bluntly to come back later. He said codes had been sent to me for access but they haden't. They arrived about 2 minutes later by email (so he had obviously just sent them). There was no-one there when we returned at around 1pm to check-in & at no point where we asked to check-in. The air-conditioning was set to 16c (the lowest) but the room was still like an oven & sleeping was almost impossible. I went up some steps onto the roof to look at the view and was again rudely accosted by the host who said it was private, I had to apolgize multiple times to calm him down. There were NO signs saying it was private. Overall a very unpleasant experience after a long flight & temperatures around 40c

+ The staff was very kind, but that is about all I can say of the good.

− The entire hotel had cockroaches (We swiched rooms and had them in both.) In one of the rooms the shower was scorching hot and in the other it had barely any pressure. While my bed was comfy it moved every time I turned around. Even tho we had a sign to make up our room, they did not even bother to change the towels.

+ Preis Leistung war super👌 Die reception war zwar zu keiner zeit besetzt, brauch man auch nicht da die Kommunikation immer mega funktioniert hat. Was ich super fand das es im Eingangsbereich eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit zwei grossen Kühlschraenken gab. Der Freezer war perfekt z.b. fuer Eiswuerfel. Es gibt auch einen Kuebel mit genügend Sonnenschirmen fuer den Strand. Perfekt fuer Budgettouristen

Very good location, expecting a better facility maintenance

+ Unica nota positiva il prezzo abbastanza più basso, rispetto ad altre strutture della zona. Consiglio però di spendere quel qualcosa in più pur di non soggiornare qui.

− Attenzione alla pulizia delle camere inesistenti; struttura molto sporca. Addetto alle pulizie/manager sgarbato e antipatico. Camera mediocre, asciugamani puzzolenti di polvere, alta probabilità di trovare capelli su lenzuola e federe del letto. In struttura è presente solamente un frigo condiviso per tutti, tenuto sporchissimo con possibili avvistamenti di scarafaggi nei dintorni. Havuz piccola, sporca ed orribile. Ad alcuni amici è capitato di trovare il Wc incrostato di urina. Letti solo singoli, senza possibilità di avere il matrimoniale (neanche banalmente facendoli trovare avvicinati).

− Unser Zimmer war unglaublich dreckig und nicht gereinigt (Bett nicht neu bezogen, Kotze Überreste neben dem Klo, …). Leider gab es keine alternatives Zimmer und es wurde auch nicht sauber gemacht. Besitzer wusste auch das „nicht gut geputzt wird“.

+ - good location, very close to bus stop taking you to the airport/Palma - 10 minutes walk to the beach - good café nearby, supermarkets - basic kitchen with microwave, kettle and fridge, pretty clean - in the area the best price - room was big enough and clean, AC - balcony

− - from the balcony you could see the roof full of trash - check in was easy, but the host was not the nicest - if you have loud neighbors, you can hear everything from the floor/other rooms - there was no soap in the room - all in all this is not the prettiest part of Mallorca, but the beach was clean, water warm and sand smooth and you're pretty well connected via bus

Prima verblijf voor een paar dagen met vrienden

+ Lekker bed op prima locatie. Voor een paar dagen met vrienden prima Aardige man bij de receptie, probleem met airco prima opgelost

− Zwembad erg klein, niet gebruikt. Ongeveer 20 minuten lopen naar de strip.
