+ Pas si agréable

− Lit pas confortable, t’as l'impression que tu es dans un trou!!! Donc sommeil interrompu et réveils fréquents.... Literie pas très propre, t’as le nez bouché qui se frotte souvent, Escaliers pas pratique surtout pour les petits enfants.. Ils ont dit que c’est spacieux et que superficie grande alors que la réalité est plus lointaine!

top emplacement, top appartement pour un séjour madrilène

+ L'emplacement, le calme de l'appartement, la climatisation, la propreté et la disponibilité du propriétaire furent très appréciables.

− Je pense que l'appartement est davantage adapté pour 3/4 personnes max. Il y a des capsules café ce qui est super mais Une grande bouteille d'eau dans le frigo serait appréciable à l'arrivée.

+ Muy bien ubicado

− No está preparado para 6 personas debidamente. Ponen dos camas de matrimonio en el salón añadidas y, hay una ventana en el techo que no se puede tapar y entra luz desde bien pronto por la mañana. Además, el baño está arriba y las escaleras para subir son bastante complicadas, no aptas para todo el mundo.

+ La ubicación, la limpieza. Las camas y sofás-cama son cómodos y el dueño responde rápido a cualquier cuestión que se presente.

− En el techo hay un tragaluz que no tiene persiana y por las mañanas entra mucha luz desde que amanece, así que te despiertas rápido.

+ Apartamento moderno pero acogedor. Además muy tranquilo y muy limpio. Excelente atencion por parte del host.

+ Really nice apartment in a lovely, fun area of Madrid. Günter was a great help and everything went smoothly. It was so nice having our own space rather than being in a hotel room.

+ Situation centrale pour visiter , cuisine pour se faire un petit déjeuner . Loueur très serviable . Climatisation appréciable à Madrid

− Appartement serait parfait pour deux personnes mais pas pour 5 adultes . Canapé lit déplié et un lit d appoint, petit . Le salon est du coup condamné . Il y À que deux chaises . Salle de bains petite avec toilettes à l intérieur

+ Location, comfort, staff. Günter sent me a new coffee machine very fast when he knows I'm having problems with. nice! 👍

− For noise reasons the street doorbell was deactivated, because this, my 80€ glovo order was cancelled and I never received my food nor did my money back. I think it was more of a bad faith on the part of glovo.

+ The apartments are located in a good area, there is a metro station nearby and you can reach all the main tourist destinations by foot. The apartments have two floors, well equipped with everything you need during the stay, clean and modern. The check-in is remote via electronic keys which is, to my mind, is a good advantage. You can ask questions to the host any time and he is always ready to help. We’ll be happy to stay here next time we are in Madrid.

+ The flat was clean and located close to metro and bus stops. The bed in the bedroom was comfy. The building has a lift, which helps with the suitcases.

− To accommodate 5 people, the lounge was turned into a bedroom with two extra portable beds, and the sofa, I think this is too small for 5 people. The flat is not designed for more than 3 people, in my opinion. The stairs to go to the bedroom are narrow and a bit treacherous.

Comfortable stay in a lively, well-connected neighborhood

+ Super location - in the middle of a very lively area, but the apartment was completely quiet. We enjoyed the beautiful buildings and shops on our walk to the Prado, and appreciated the ease of returning to the apartment by bus. Nice quality furnishings. Clean. Our children slept well on the sleeper sofa and cot. Exceptionally good communication with the property manager prior to arrival and during our stay. No problems with the key system (requiring a cell phone).

− There was an electrical problem with the switch for the bathroom light. Sometimes we had to put a lamp into the bathroom. We had to press a reset button on the heater in the kitchen to get hot water (twice), and the hot water was not enough for two showers. Without these problems our stay would have merited 9/10. The bathroom is upstairs, and the stairs are very narrow. The cot was squeaky. No coat hooks and not enough places to hang towels.
