+ Perfectly furnished apartment, all necessary supplies ( coffee, dishwasher tablets, variety of shampoo, etc) for facilitating family stay were provided. Great location in regards to metro and local shopping. Air-conditioning in the bedroom as well.

+ Great accommodation! The location near the subway, supermarkets and various cafes and restaurants was very convenient. The apartment was well-equipped with modern amenities and thoughtful provisions like toiletries and kitchen essentials. Communication with the host was smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay.

− The only drawbacks were the absence of a kettle and the noisy blinds.

− Bedding had very strong detergent smell on it. Too many airfresheners in the apartment. Not great if you are sensitive to strong smells.

+ Cozy house for visiting. House itself is good location in middle of working class neighborhood just behind the small shopping centre and close to metro. House was better than in the pictures.

− Villa de Vallecas is a bit too far from the city center even the metro goes there from the location.
