Hotel Chalets Chamarel ★★★★

Kategoriler

• Limpieza8,2

Mostly reported as clean in multiple reviews, but one strong complaint cited insufficient cleanliness and theft from a room, so overall cleanliness is good but not perfect.

• Servicio10,0

Staff repeatedly described as friendly, attentive and caring (special attention from restaurant staff and chef, birthday attention); one report of poor handling of a theft incident slightly tempers this but overall service is excellent.

• Ubicación9,8

Outstanding views and unique forest setting repeatedly praised; access/road is difficult and the site is remote, but the exceptional outlook and setting drive a very high score.

• Habitaciones8,2

Chalets are charming with great views, but several reviewers noted aging/tired aspects and maintenance issues (TV, shower hose) so room quality is good yet showing wear.

• Instalaciones7,4

Mixed: restaurant and nature setting are positives, but issues reported with the main pool (algae), TV problems and other maintenance indicate amenities need attention.

• Relación calidad-precio7,7

Mixed perceptions: some guests felt price exceeded expectations or that similar views could be found elsewhere; others appreciated the experience—overall slightly below the target rating.

• Comida y bebida9,3

Generally praised: meals and attentive chef/service in the restaurant received strong positive comments; only a few comments about limited breakfast variety.

• Experiencia general9,0

Overall experience is very positive for many (unique location, views, friendly staff), but serious safety/cleanliness incidents reported by at least one guest reduce the aggregate slightly.
