Kategoriler

• Limpieza10,0

Multiple guests mention clean bedding and overall cleanliness ('Nice and clean', 'نظافة الفرش'). Bedding and general room cleanliness are highlighted positively.

• Servicio6,0

Repeated negative reports about staff responsiveness and checkout handling (unresponsive to calls for hours; morning receptionist forced early checkout and threatened deposit deduction; long inspection wait), lowering the service score.

• Ubicación9,8

Strong positives: close to Alhekma University, restaurants and shopping ('You have everything around, restaurant, shopping and closed distance with Alhekma university'). One reviewer noted it felt far from some important places, but overall proximity to key amenities is a clear strength.

• Habitaciones7,2

Mixed: reasonable room space and hot shower noted, but issues with noise (not soundproof, kids at night), bathroom door not closing, and overly cold AC — detracting from room comfort.

• Instalaciones8,8

Basic amenities work (hot water in shower, available AC) and nearby restaurants/shops add practical convenience. Some issues (AC too cold) noted, but amenities are largely present and functional.

• Relación calidad-precio7,0

Concerns about price and extra charges ('a little bit coasty for room price', security deposit requested and handling at checkout) reduce perceived value.

• Comida y bebida7,8

Limited mentions: breakfast is not included (noted by a guest) and there is access to nearby restaurants. No strong positives for on-site F&B, so modest score.

• Experiencia general9,0

Mixed overall: guests cite very good location and cleanliness but consistent service and room comfort issues. On balance guests find the stay acceptable for certain needs (solo/emergency stays), reflected in an overall positive but qualified experience.
