Encantadora

+ Me encanto la ubicacion , tiene todo lo necesario hay muchos super , bares de todo los estilos , la playa muy serca y el lugar es muy tranquilo, el apartamento muy acogedor un poco antiguo pero lo mas importante estaba muy limpio y las vistas hermosas y la piscina estaba espectacula, lo recomiendo mucho, es perfecto para cambiar la rutina y pasartelo genial.

THIS PLACE IS AN UNHYGIENIC DANGEROUS HEALTH HAZZARD.

+ Location, aspect and elevation of the property. good sunsets and panoramic sea, pool, garden and mountain views. The owner Juanpe was very responsive and accommodating, kindly allowed me to store baggage in the apartment before my rental period began (I had to fly back to the UK from previous apartment for a day, to pick up medication). he also responded promptly to some of my issues that I made clear to him.

− 1 - the apartment was not cleaned, there were biscuit crumbs and someone's hair on surfaces. (Juanpe said his cleaner didn't turn up). 2 - the curtains had mold and mildew which trigger my allergies. 3 - the bedding was unclean 4 - some of the furniture was actually falling apart and had jagged edges that could easily cut someone 5 - the only drawers for clothing were old wood with splinters and the bottoms falling out 6 - the mini-oven was covered with rust on every surface inside and out 7 - the microwave looked like one of the earliest examples and turntable did not function, whether or not it contained its gamma radiation is questionable. 8 - none of the sinks had plugs in the kitchen or bathroom 9 - the kettle was covered in limescale 10 - the toilet did not have a button on the flush system 11 - there was no toilet roll holder 12 - the guest towels were old and worn, probably from the previous century, like the rest of the apartment. 13 - there was a foul stench coming from the kitchen waste system, i had to spray it with cleanser. 14 - no clothes line for washing and the collapsable airer was missing most of its parts and unfit for purpose 15 - no cupboard space for storing food 16 - the 'hot' water system only heated to lukewarm and allowed a maximum of 5 minutes. you could not wash dishes and have a shower. 17 - no draining rack for washed utensils 18 - the shower curtain did not allow space for a comfortable shower without it clinging to you. 19 - No one informed me that the entire neighborhood roads, pavements and drainage systems were being replaced, so i was waking at 6.30 to plant machinery, pneumatic drills, grinders and having to walk through clouds of dust surrounding the apartment block all day every day.

+ The room had everything in it that you could think off, travelling with just a back pack for 3 nights obviously creased our clothes but with a little help from the iron provided that matter was resolved. We ate out so didn’t really need the kitchen but it had every utensil under the sun so if your there for a week or so then you can cook meals no problem. There was also a washer in the room so you could travel with a back pack even if your going for the week or 10 days etc.

− The only negative was there was no toilet rolls provided in the room which is very unusual.

− Extremely outdated and needs a complete revamp. The owner was lovely and replaced the fridge during my short stay. The wardrobe handles were missing and also replaced. The toilet flush was missing and was hard to flush. There was a curtain rail in the shower which stuck to me when I tried to shower. The whole apartment needs updating. The skirting was damaged. Even the clothes rail was broken. There were 2 beds and a sofa bed. Every time I moved in 1 of the beds which felt like a camp bed made a lot of noise. Once the wardrobe handles were put on I could open. The small drawer I could only use the top one. The others were all broken.

I’ve covered most things , just a lovely little break to be honest. close to everything grea location the town near the

+ the main town is only 11 mins walk away it’s a beautiful town the area around the train station. beach is 9 mins walk away. room was basic but clean with a view of the pool & beach. room had all the facilities needed including a microwave mini desk top oven. even a plug in mosquito killer. supermarkets close by ,everything is on your doorstep. stu at the Irish bar minutes away is a lovely bloke.

− it was fine just a few ppl smoke in the building so you get the odd sniff of cigarettes now & again. but it’s a lovely cheap holiday

+ We had a problem with the fridge but Christmas eve the owners arrived with a new one. They are lovely people. Thank you.

said a family room it was not comfortable for a family of 5. place needs all bedding looked at beds also and kitchen app

− old towels old bed sheets kettle and cupboard were broken also the fridge door shelf was broken soon as u put milk in it snapped off, it was also previously fixed! the cupboard where the washing machine the door was hanging on with one bracket!

+ The location was perfect. The room itself was exactly like the pictures, the view was fantastic. The owner was also very helpful.

− When we arrived the man at the reception was anything but helpful, he was rude to start and made the process unnecessarily difficult. I know this is not the owner of the apartments direct problem but it was honestly very off putting to be greeted with this straight away. Also the light in the bathroom was very hit and miss on whether it would actually work or not.
