Mostly clean apartment but lowered by issues: the rainwater pool had algae and minimal sanitation, and the reviewer found two scorpions in the kitchen, which negatively affected perceived cleanliness.

• Ubicación9,6

Quiet countryside setting excellent for walks and excursions (Mulino del Trabocco and family-friendly routes); good parking. Slight drawback: recycling bins are about 450 m away, so a car is preferable.

• Habitaciones9,0

Functional apartment with usable kitchen and effective air conditioning, but minor negatives: small undercounter fridge with limited cooling and a bedroom bed that was too short for a tall person.

Air conditioning and parking work well; however the on-site pool (rainwater, no chlorine, limited circulation and algal growth) is a clear downside for families with small children.
