Super!

+ We had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment! The host was always ready to help, very friendly, and responded quickly to all our questions. The apartment itself was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed — from a well-equipped kitchen to plenty of bedding and kitchen supplies. We especially enjoyed the two terraces: one overlooking the green hills and the other with a breathtaking view of the ocean. From the apartment you can walk straight to the sandy, guarded beach, with only the parking area in front. The location was lively and full of atmosphere, especially on weekends with music. We were also traveling with our dog, and it was perfect for him too — one of the terraces had grass, so he could relax and spend a lot of time there. Everything was just perfect, and we couldn’t be happier with our stay!

Mooie locatie.

+ Great location. Wonderful apartment with two gardens. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner is super friendly and helpful. (And he makes delicious nougat and chocolate.) The appartement has his own garage.

+ Die Lage dieses Apartments ist wirklich super. In einer Minute ist man am Strand. Große Liegewiese mit Spielplatz, Beachbar, tolle Wanderwege direkt vor der Haustür. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Iñaki ist ein unglaublich hilfsbereiter, kommunikativer und freundlicher Besitzer. Wir hatten kurz Stromausfall und er war in 10 Minuten da, um das Problem zu lösen. Das war defintiv nicht unser letzter Besuch.

Appartement magnifique et face à la baie !

+ À deux pas de la plage. Parking fermé et sécurisé en sous-sol. Inaki très sympathique et accueillant. Appartement magnifique façon suite avec une terrasse exposée est- Sud est, et une autre sud-sud-ouest. Climatisation et propreté, tout est à disposition dans cet appartement traversant, et également pour la plage. Un rêve !

+ La ubicación es excelente. El entorno es precioso, te permite disfrutar de la zona perfectamente. El dueño, muy amable, nos permitió usar su zona de aparcamiento.

− El apartamento es bonito y está bien decorado pero también bastante desgastado. Nos hubiera gustado que estuviera algo más limpio.

+ La situación del apartamento frente a la playa de Orio . Lugar tranquilo. Perfecto para descansar . La cocina totalmente equipada 😄. Las terrazas , una con vistas a la playa y la otra con vistas a la montaña.

Magnífico apartamento muy recomendable en que estuvimos muy a gusto

+ Tiene dos terrazas privadas magníficas, una de las cuales es deliciosa viendo montaña y vegetación, con un rincón "chill-out" y dos tumbonas. Tiene dos baños, uno con ducha y el otro con bañera, y uno de ellos con videt. Está muy bien distribuido, y da sensación de amplitud. El propietario nos atendió muy bien, y nos dejó su párking para el coche en el mismo edificio. El párking es amplio y fácil de maniobrar, y cada coche está cerrado con una puerta, pero si tu coche es muy grande podría no entrar bien (consulta con el propietario). La ubicación es sensacional, junto a la playa y rodeados de vegetación; la autopista no está lejos. Pese a estar junto a la playa, es tranquilo, no hay un bullicio indeseable.

− Había cosas no importantes en que el mantenimiento era mejorable, pero hay que entender que la proximidad al Cantábrico obliga a un mantenimiento importante, y me consta que el dueño lo tiene muy presente. Para ir a comprar el supermercado queda un poco lejos, aproximadamente a 10-15 minutos caminando. En la zona de sofás del comedor, y en las dos terrazas, le falta un poco de iluminación.

Perfect place to stay for a holiday

+ Perfect location just in front of the ocean, beautiful place to walk around and to do water activities (when the weather allows). There is a nice restaurant and a couple of bars in the beach. The beach is also very-very good. The apartment is quite better than we expected, there is enough space for a family with 2 kids. It is equipped extremely well - like in a living apartment there is everything that you need and even more. What is really valuable, there are two terraces: one with the sea view to enjoy some drinks (or even a dinner) in the evening when it gets quiet to chill and listen to the ocean and the back garden where you can hide from the sun and noise during the day. Kids can play there safely.

− This apartment has seen better times - even though it’s very good in general, it is quite used and damaged here and there and requires some repair and maintenance. There is too much unnecessary decoration that collects dust and risk to be damaged by kids. It could also be cleaner - it was not dirty of course, but it was not shining like you expect in any hotel or rental apartment like that. Towels were clean, but they didn’t feel fresh as you expect them to be. Same for the cutlery, glasses etc.

We had a very relaxing beach/bar break… Parked the car for the whole time.

+ The property is a great location, a very short walk from the beach and all the facilities - bars etc… has two gardens, plenty of privacy. It has good facilities.

− Some local dog owners don’t seem to mind their dogs barking…
