Outsite Marrakesh - Work, Connect, Explore ★★★

Kategoriler

• Limpieza6,0

Multiple guests reported cleanliness problems (dusty surfaces, mold and humidity in rooms and bathrooms, unpleasant cat odour, some rooms not cleaned on second day). Score lowered to reflect these consistent negative comments while acknowledging some guests did not complain.

• Servicio9,5

Generally praised: hosts described as great, welcoming and very helpful (help with luggage storage, providing bags for rain, friendly reception in many reports). A few guests found staff 'dry' or unfriendly, but overall service was a strong positive across reviews, so score is high to balance weaker categories.

• Ubicación9,5

Location is repeatedly praised (very close to Jemaa el-Fna, ideal for visiting the medina). Consistent positive mentions justify a top-tier location score.

• Habitaciones9,0

Mixed but leaning positive: several guests described rooms as comfortable and cozy with good beds and sockets; however issues reported include humidity, moist sheets, leaking bathroom, slow/limited hot water and some maintenance problems (peeling paint, door not closing well).

• Instalaciones9,5

Key amenities like working wifi, luggage storage and plentiful sockets get strong praise. Some essential amenities are missing or unreliable for some guests (occasional lack of hot water, no hairdryer, no pool), but the practical amenities used by most guests were dependable, so the score is high to offset cleanliness/value concerns.

• Relación calidad-precio5,5

Several guests felt the riad was overpriced for the level of service and upkeep (no daily room servicing, missing bathroom accessories, late breakfasts, overall condition lower than photos), so value score is reduced to reflect frequent complaints about cost versus delivery.

• Comida y bebida9,5

Breakfast reports are mixed but include multiple strong positives (described as lovely with many options), while others called it basic or repetitive. Given several explicit compliments about the breakfast offering and helpful breakfast service, the rating is placed high but notes variability.

• Experiencia general9,5

Guest experiences vary from highly positive (homely, peaceful, recommendable riad with helpful hosts) to very negative (some left after one night due to multiple issues). The overall score is elevated because many guests emphasised the location, welcoming atmosphere and useful services despite maintenance/cleanliness shortcomings.
