Phi Phi at Pier ★★★★

Kategoriler

• Limpieza1,0

Multiple reviews explicitly mention rooms and the property being very clean ('super clean', 'Rent og pænt', 'Établissement propre'), so cleanliness is positively noted.

• Servicio1,0

Staff are repeatedly described as exceptionally friendly and welcoming across reviews; a single report noted a missed room service day but overall service sentiment is strongly positive.

• Ubicación1,0

Location is consistently praised as excellent — right at the pier, close to center, restaurants and transport — making location a standout positive.

• Habitaciones1,0

Rooms are described as modern, comfortable with good showers, large balconies and comfy beds; one report of a room not ready at check-in but overall room quality is positive.

• Instalaciones1,0

Breakfast and balcony facilities are praised, but notable downsides include poor WiFi for several guests and the absence of a pool, giving mixed-to-neutral amenity sentiment.

• Relación calidad-precio1,0

Several guests call the hotel 'very pricey' or note expectations not met for the price (extra charges for water, deposit/inspection concerns); combined complaints around cost and extra fees drive a negative value perception.

• Comida y bebida1,0

Breakfast is frequently described as very good/excellent with options and some fresh-cooked choices, though a few small service/charge issues were reported.

• Experiencia general1,0

Overall stays are often enjoyable with excellent location, friendly staff and comfortable rooms, but recurring issues (price/extra charges, poor WiFi, lack of pool and occasional service hiccups) reduce the overall score to a mixed outcome.
