Kategoriler

• Limpieza9,0

Multiple guests note rooms, bathrooms and beddings were very clean and neat; overall strong positive mentions of cleanliness.

• Servicio9,2

Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful, quick to assist and providing airport pickup; one serious complaint about handling of a theft lowers this slightly but overall service sentiment is very positive.

• Ubicación9,3

Frequently praised as central, safe (especially for solo female travellers) with great city and rooftop views; some weekend noise from nearby clubs is noted but location is a major positive.

• Habitaciones9,0

Rooms described as spacious, lovely with stunning views and comfortable apartments on upgrades; a few comments about a very hard mattress slightly reduce the score.

• Instalaciones8,0

Rooftop restaurant and free airport shuttle are positives, but notable issues include Wi‑Fi outage for two days and small missing items (e.g., Q‑tips) which lower this category.

• Relación calidad-precio8,7

Guests report good inclusions (breakfast, shuttle, rooftop access, occasional upgrades) and overall enjoyment, supporting good value though not explicitly emphasized by many reviewers.

• Comida y bebida8,8

Rooftop restaurant and breakfast are appreciated and described as spectacular by several guests, with occasional notes that breakfast was sometimes served cold.

• Experiencia general9,2

Majority of stays described as exceptional, repeat visits and strong recommendations; however one extremely negative and serious security incident prevents a perfect overall score.
