Müşteri yorumları
Kategoriler
- Limpieza1,0
Multiple reviews mention poor condition and maintenance problems (termite debris on bedsheets, ready for renovation), though a few guests described rooms as 'very clean'; overall cleanliness issues are recurring and notably negative.
- Servicio1,0
Staff repeatedly described as very friendly, accommodating and helpful (assisting with transport, arranging tricycles and local activities); service is a consistent positive across reviews.
- Ubicación1,0
Near the whale shark visitor centre and right on the beach — location praised repeatedly as a major advantage and reason guests book.
- Habitaciones1,0
Rooms described as dated, minimalist and in need of renovation; specific complaints about bathrooms and missing items (no hairdryer, no jug) lower the room-quality sentiment.
- Instalaciones1,0
Pool, restaurant and beach access are noted positively (nice pool area, good restaurant), but some guests note limited additional services and dated facilities.
- Relación calidad-precio1,0
Several guests explicitly complain about being charged more than it’s worth and lack of included services for the price — value for money is a clear negative.
- Comida y bebida1,0
Multiple reviews praise the restaurant and food (described as very good or ‘absolutely incredible’); food is a consistent positive feature.
- Experiencia general1,0
Mixed overall: many guests report relaxing, memorable stays thanks to location, staff and food, while others report very poor experiences due to maintenance, termites and poor value. Net overall sentiment is balanced.
