− Creo que le falta un aire acondicionado.

+ Hervorragend ubicación. Muy limpio y cómodo. Pueblo precioso. Muy buena relación calidad precioso. Estancia muy agradable. Sin duda repetiremos.

Lovely holiday apartment with fabulous sea views.

+ Fantastic location on the promenade & beachfront. The views from the living room and balcony are spectacular. This comfortable apartment is exceptionally clean and modern. Beds are very comfortable so we all slept well.

− No wifi and despite a well appointed kitchen, no kettle. The bathroom is a little tight but it has a very good shower. We found it difficult to find parking nearby. As per other reviews, we found the road noise from the back of the apartment annoying but we had brought ear plugs with us so we slept well.

Caluroso, Ruidoso y Oloroso

+ La ubicación era muy buena. Estaba muy equipado: tostadora, cafetera, secador, horno, etc.. Estaba muy limpio La anfitriona fue amable y atenta

− 1)-Es un primero sin ascensor y tienes que subir las maletas por las escaleras que son estrechas. 2)-La entrada fue a las 16:00 y el piso debía llevar tiempo cerrado, olían las tuberías y la temperatura dentro era muy alta. 3)-Como dicen en la reserva no hay aire acondicionado y los 3 ventiladores que hay no son suficientes para estar en la casa ni por supuesto para dormir con un mínimo de confort. Y menos aun si coincide con una ola de calor como fue nuestro caso. 4)-En el bajo de la finca hay un bar, la terraza esta en la parte del comedor y como tienes que dejar todo abierto se oye todo el ruido. Por otro lado la cocina del restaurante esta en la parte de las Zimmer y la salida del extractor de humos da directo a la ventana de estas, por lo que sube todo el olor de la cocina. 5)-La hora de check-out es muy pronto, con respecto a otros Unterkünfte en los que hemos estado. A las 10:30 de la mañana tienes que estar fuera, no hay sitio para poder dejar las maletas y prácticamente ese Tag fue perdido. 6)-La televisión no funcionaba correctamente, se quedaba sin señal constantemente. 7)-La carretera principal de Altea pasa por el lado de las Zimmer y había mucho ruido.

+ Super bien ubicado. El apartamento tiene todos los accesorios necesarios en una casa, hasta una trona… las vistas son preciosas, la ubicación excelente.

− Quizá para el número de personas que pueden alojarse haría falta otro baño, pero general todo perfecto.

AlteaMar stay for English Whit

+ The apartment location is 10/10...you coukd not be closer to the beach without pitching a tent on it. The apartment was exceptionally clean - i have a thing about bathrooms but this was absolutely spotless...in fact it was a pleasure using this as the facilities were great. Quick hot water, wide sink with plenty storage and a large 'rainfall' shower that was great too. Everything in the kitchen seemed to be brand new, from the bin to the cutlery, to the washing machine - everything was just perfect.

Lovely Stay

+ Great location, at the sea and near bars and restaurants. Also very near to the walk up to the Old streets. Barbara was very informative and super helpful.

+ Sehr gut ubicado, todo muy limpio y muy completo en Services y la propietaria encantadora...

− El apartamento es muy amplio, pero solo un baño y pequeño......cuando van varias personas como fue nuestro caso 6 y chicas, se echa de menos otro baño o uno más amplio....pero para una estancia corta esta bien.

+ Lokalizacja i przepiękny widok na cudowne morze oraz kojący szum morza . Komunikacyjne rewelacja blisko kolejka , przepiękne stare miasto. Jedyny minus to brak piaszczystej plaży.

− Niestety muszę to napisać w nocy jest tragedia w sypialniach jest tak głośno od ulicy że bez zatyczek do uszu nie można spać 🙈 , my byliśmy 10-14 maj więc pogoda była super, ale brak klimatyzacji w sezonie może być naprawdę uciążliwy bo niestety nie da się otworzyć okna i spać.

+ La verdad que 100% recomendable. Lage inmejorable. El trato con la dueña excelente. Es más bonito que en las Fotos. Totalmente equipado.

− Se escucha el ruido de la calle porque está en un sitio muy turístico, con restaurantes y terrazas cerca.

Spectacular views at the ideal location

+ We absolutely loved the apartment and it’s location! The views of the sea, the mountains and the bay of Altea are just spectacular. The location is ideal with less than a minute’s walk to the beach and a short walk up the stairs to the old town. Barbara is a great host, she contacted us with clear indications about the check-in and gave us many helpful food and activity recommendations, which made our stay very pleasant. The apartment is also fully equipped with anything one might need, including a dishwasher and washing machine and all necessary kitchen utensils. Very recommended!

− Everything was perfect! Just as a note to keep in mind: the apartment is on the first floor without an elevator, which was no problem for us but may be important to note for someone with reduced mobility.

Vacaciones familiares perfectas

+ El apartamento es muy bonito, tiene de todo lo necesario para estar allí una semana. Si te quieres hacer algo o desayunar allí puedes hacerlo porque tiene electrodomésticos. Frente al mar. Barbara nos trató muy bien, a sido muy atenta en todo momento.

Exceptional

+ I recommend the accommodation, the apartment is comfortable, everything was good: clean, equipped with everything, TV, equipped bathroom, kitchen, right on the coast with many restaurants and bars. The view from the terrace is beautiful. The host is very kind, immediately answers all questions and gives advice. They allowed us Late Check out, as there was no one after us. The place is safe, and there is free parking nearby. When we come again to Altea I will book it again. I recommend it.

Great location with prime sea views & beside restaurants..

I’m sure it will be a lovely relaxing place once the building work stops directly outside.

− Unfortunately for us very intrusive building work directly under the balcony for the whole entire week, huge diggers, angle grinders, stone masons, joiners, starting every morning at 7.30am who were replacing the whole promenade so the apartment was absolutely filthy, had to clean it ourselves twice a day to get rid of the stone dust. 4 days into the holiday had to request a hoover to try and keep ontop of the dirt but we just couldn’t manage it. Also 3 nights in a row a restaurant opposite stayed open until 3.30am with lots of shouting so it has been quite a tiring stay to be honest. I’m sure it will be beautiful once all finished but I just wish we were warned by the owners in advance of staying as I definitely wouldn’t have stayed with so much noise, disruption, and dirt this time. BUT don’t let this put you off as the building work will finish and it (hopefully) will be peaceful, however this is an honest review of what happened when we stayed and for the price I paid I think it requires a very honest review.
