+ Muy acogedor y céntrico

Tremenda decepción, apartamento insalubre.

+ Lo único bueno que tiene es la ubicación pero a su vez es un gran problema si vas en coche

− MUY SUCIO, descuidado, mantenimiento deficiente, comunicación y preocupación por parte del propietario inexistente, imposible dormir ab 8, campanadas cada cuarto de hora. Klimaanlage muy ruidoso, imposible ponerlo por la noche. Cocina sucísima con el menaje sucio y sin ningún producto de limpieza. Sábanas y edredones sucios con manchas íntimas de otros Gäste. En la mesilla de la cama había restos de quesos de Gäste anteriores. Asqueroso. Los sillones de Ikea grises andan solos por la cantidad de suciedad que tienen. Humedad insalubre nada más entrar en el edificio. No hay almohadas, son cojines con fundas. Colchon de matrimonio malísimo y hundido, el de la cama pequeña una piedra. La ducha es muy peligrosa, resbala una barbaridad. Te dejan una fregona y un cubo pero ni un solo producto de limpieza. No puedes acceder con el coche y tienes que andar cargado con las maletas y cosas 15 minutos ab el parking.

+ The house was really nice and comfortable. Equipped with a lot of stuff and ideal for a couple of days. Good location close by the center and 15 minutes walking from the railway station.

+ Tolle Wohnung mit perfekter Ausstattung und unmittelbar im Zentrum(+/-3 min). Kostenfreier Parkplatz 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Alles wunderbar.

+ Boa localização, próxima de tudo, cozinha bem equipada, Betten confortáveis, muita luz, sossegado.

− Não tem estacionamento no local, mas entre as ruas em redor ou no shopping consegue-se deixar o carro.

− Falta melhorar a parte comunicacional/atenção ao cliente e a limpeza da kitchenette.

+ Molto spazioso ed arredato con gusto. Letti molto comodi (compreso il divano letto). Molto pulito ordinato e attrezzato di tutto. Soppalco alto. Ampiamente comodo per 3/4 persone. Posizione centrale

+ Localização. A dois passos dos canais, Fórum, etc. Tudo limpo, organizado e o quarto muito espaçoso. Aquecimento. Acesso ao apartamento através de um código, sem necessidade de esperar por alguém.

− El aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación sonaba como una centrífugadora. No se puede dormir con el aire en marcha..

− La entrada del portal tiene un olor horrible y falta de limpieza. El apartamento para mi gusto le falta ser más acogedor.

Ok apartment but building smells strongly of mold

+ The layout of the apartment is nice and it had been cleaned well. The location is good in the middle of the tourist area.

− The building in which the apartment is located is dark, weird and stinks strongly of mildew. The closets in the apartment smell of mildew also. In my communications with the owners I found them to be curt and unfriendly. The apartment is on a pedestrian-only alley and there is no way to drive up to it to drop off bags. Also parking is challenging if you have a car. We parked under the mall Nearby which is one euro per hour during the day and €.4 per hour at night

+ The location, the place is clean a tidy. Great for couples and couples with small children. Good host gave exalent instructions.

− It is one sleeping space so for traveling with teenagers it is less comfortable.

− Had trouble contacting someone as number on bookings kept on ringing out when we arrived at location and had no instructions on how to check in. We arrived at 2.15pm, and previously notified via bookings.com that we were arriving between 2-3pm.No parking at property. We had to park the car about 800 meters away but on booking.com parking is listed

+ Very clean, large apartment in a great location. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Bath towels were the best! Shower was good! Had everything we needed.

+ Very nice place, with two floors and a lot of facilities. Located near everything in Aveiro. Easy to access, close to shops, stores, restaurants. And great communication with the host: clear instructions, welcomes and guides.
