• Limpieza1,0

Mixed reports: several guests noted smelly towels and unpleasant-smelling bedlinen and worn rooms; a few reviews said rooms were clean but recurring mentions of odor and worn textiles drive an overall negative cleanliness impression.

Generally positive: multiple guests praised staff as adorable, very accommodating and helpful (assist with luggage, friendly), creating a consistently favorable service impression.

• Ubicación1,0

Strong positive: repeatedly praised for excellent location, incredible views, proximity to viewpoints, pier, bars and restaurants; location/view are a primary selling point.

• Habitaciones1,0

Mixed to negative: many guests loved the balcony/view but others reported old, worn-out rooms, an atrocious mattress (feels like sleeping on the floor) and general room aging.

• Instalaciones1,0

Mixed: AC and complimentary water were positives, but complaints about poor/absent Wi‑Fi, limited power outlets and no strong on-site amenities give a slightly negative overall amenities rating.

• Relación calidad-precio1,0

Positive: several reviewers explicitly stated good price-to-performance, calling it a good value for the price and recommending it for the view and location.

• Comida y bebida1,0

Standard quality for this hotel tier (not mentioned in reviews).

• Experiencia general1,0

Mixed overall: many guests would stay again for the view, location and friendly staff, while others called it very noisy or the worst place they've been — net impression is slightly positive due to view and service outweighing negatives for many guests.
