+ Friendly personal. Terrase. Nice design.

− While the room design was visually appealing, was very impractical for us. For example the tables, bed, toalette, were from my perspective too small, the water sink was on the edge, difficult to not splash water outside. The cabinet dept hoo big, but not enough levels. Also we had there ants invasion one day, but was resolved. As the bed is so small it was difficult to sleep there and we left one day eariler. Access to the beach and room was very difficult/steep, i would not recommend for people with movement difficulties. I liked the personal and possibility to park right in front.

+ Liked the retro decoration and that it was well insulated against the noise of the road. The hair dryer is fantastic. The family suite has tall ceilings and feels spacious. Love the toilet.

− Our request for parking reservation was apparently lost, had to park on the street (make sure you get an explicit confirmation!). The bathroom light was broken and turned on and off every 20 seconds, and one of the bed lights didn't work. The beds were very soft (which some people may like; we didnt).

− The price for the size and facilities, and the fact that it’s right on the main road, are the main drawbacks. The AC also seemed a bit undersized for the rooms, although we were there during an unusually hot summer, so that may have contributed.

Spacious and well equipped apartment next to the beach

− I booked a room with double bed , but instead got a room with two single beds. We haven’t been provided with the information on how to access the swimming pool and had to request is ourselves. The swimming pool wasn’t clean.

Great stop on Cotê d’Azur

+ Great stop for a few days. Clean, modern, comfortable and very conveniently located. Beach is a short walk away

Nice and modern

+ New and modern. Big bathroom with two showers was really appreciated. We had a big appartment which was very convenient for four people. We also enjoyed the beach a lot (pebble). Easy to travel by train to Monaco or Nice.

− We did not get the parking near the hotel, so had to think about finding it around. Also I would appreciate clothes dryer rack on the terrace for beach towels. And lastly, no convenience stores nearby at all. I would only recommend the residence for tourists with cars.

Molto comodo ed efficiente, bella la stanza, buona posizione per una visita corta della zona

+ Design molto bello e posizione vicinissima alla spiaggia di Eze.

− Nonostante la prenotazione ed il pagamento del parcheggio, la sera ci è stato occupato da un altro mezzo. La struttura ci ha restituito i soldi ma abbiamo dovuto pagare la sosta in strada. Pool poco utilizzabile se presente una famiglia intera per tutto il tempo. Frequenti cadute di corrente momentanee.
