El apartamento es estupendo de espacio para 7 personas. Tiene dos Bäder completos muy amplios. Está muy cerca de las zonas de interés de Logroño y además tiene plaza de aparcamiento. El anfitrión da muchas indicaciones sobre el apartamento, la zona y el parking. Es muy amable
La app para abrir las Türen, en el caso de la puerta del portal no la abría algunas veces (sobre todo de noche) No es un problema porque también teníamos llave física que estaba dentro del apartamento. El ascensor alguna vez se quedó atascado

No me gustó que fuera Pflichtfeld tener que descargar todas las personas del apartamento una aplicación para poder registrarnos, sin haber opción de enviar documentación como habitualmente. Además esta aplicación es la que abre la puerta, siendo un poco incómodo y habiendo tenido problemas para abrirla con móviles marca no Apple (creemos que por falta de cobertura en el piso). Todo lo demás perfecto pero creo que se debería dar una opción B para aquellos que no quieran/puedan usar el móvil.
Enrique the host was really helpful with plenty of information before arrival about access to the flat and the parking spaces as well as information about bars and restaurants. He kept in touch to make sure everything was OK. It was my sixth visit to Logrono so I know that flats with two bathrooms and a lift and the possibility of two parking spaces are not easy to find. It was only about a ten-minute walk to the old town for tapas and everyone in the group was happy with that. There were other cafes and bars nearby for when we had breakfast out and bakeries/shops only a few minutes walk away for when we ate in. The main parking space with the flat is quite tight to get into the first time but gets easier with practice. Enrique had been clear in advance that the car needed to be less than 4.6m long, but Centauro upgraded me to a Hyundai Tucson, which is on the limit and bloated like all modern cars. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.

El apartamento superó nuestras expectativas en todos los aspectos: Zimmer decoradas al detalle, las Betten comodísimas, aseos con todo tipo de accesorios... he estado en hoteles mucho más caros y menos completos. Enrique fue muy amable y atento durante nuestra estancia. Además, la manera de acceder al apartamento nos pareció muy fácil y práctica. Fuimos un grupo de 6 amigas y el apartamento en ningún momento se nos quedó pequeño.
Nos gustó todo pero por poner algún punto mejorable diría que es la ubicación. El apartamento no se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad. No obstante, en Logroño está todo bastante al alcance para poder ir andando a todos los sitios. Está a unos 10 minutos andando de la calle Laurel.

Apartament espaiós molt ben decorat i molt còmode. Situat molt a prop del centre. I l'amfitrió molt amable, sempre pendent de nosaltres. Una estada perfecta!!

La casa es enorme y muy cómoda para pasar unos Tags en Logroño también porque está muy bien situada y a 15 minutos andando en el centro y unos 20 o 25 minutos andando hasta las bodegas franco españolas. Las Betten son muy cómodas y el apartamento dispone de todo para que no falte de nada además tiene una terraza bastante grande . También destacar que es súper cómodo que tenga Sitzplätze de garaje, ya que en la zona es bastante complicado aparcar .
Nos gustó todo así que no puedo hablar de nada negativo del piso.

Wonderful apparentment, very spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is okay, but a little walk into the old town. Perfect for families. Excellent communication with the management team/owner, very helpful.

The location is not very good. The carpark provided is very difficult to park in, and quite small.
Enrique was accommodating and flexible. He was helpful when we arrived earlier than expected and when we needed to store our luggage on our departure day. Fun decor and comfortable beds. Nice to have digital access.

This might be one of the best stays I’ve ever had. Very close to the centre (5 min walk) yet quite. It was almost like getting home. The host was very attentive looking after our stay. Totally recommended 100%
