HENRI Hotel Berlin ★★★★

Kategorien

• Limpieza8,6

Generally reported as very clean in several reviews, but some guests noted stains on upholstery/carpet and signs of wear in rooms, so cleanliness is good overall with occasional issues.

• Servicio9,5

Repeatedly described as very friendly, attentive and helpful staff; multiple guests highlighted excellent service and helpfulness.

• Ubicación10,0

Consistently praised for an excellent, central location near Ku'damm and transport; many guests cited location as a major positive.

• Habitaciones7,8

Rooms are comfortable and characterful for many guests, but several mentions of small/tight bathrooms, dated elements, scuffed doors and occasional wear lower the score.

• Instalaciones7,7

Good Wi‑Fi and attractive shared spaces noted, but missing conveniences (no air conditioning, no safe) and a small/old lift were frequently mentioned.

• Relación calidad-precio7,0

Mixed feedback on value: some find the experience worth it, while others explicitly state price/quality does not match a 4‑star expectation and breakfast is pricey.

• Comida y bebida9,2

Breakfast is frequently praised as varied and very good; a few minor complaints about bread quality or buffet size, but overall strong F&B sentiment.

• Experiencia general9,8

Overall very positive: guests describe a charming, characterful hotel with lovely communal areas, friendly staff and a memorable stay; many express intent to return.
