Kategorien

• Limpieza8,5

No significant comments about cleanliness in the reviews; appears generally acceptable and in line with the hotel's tier.

• Servicio10,0

Consistently praised: very friendly, helpful staff, instances of early check-in, free upgrades and attentive communication (WhatsApp); multiple reviewers highlight excellent service.

• Ubicación10,0

Overwhelmingly positive: central location in the old town, waterfront views, steps from cobbled streets and close to bus station/airport connections; a primary strength of the property.

• Habitaciones7,5

Rooms described as quirky, vintage and spacious but there are recurring issues: old TV, some dark rooms, accessibility concerns (no handrails in large suite), and inconsistent climate control.

• Instalaciones7,0

Several negative mentions: no or limited parking (extra cost and little advance info), no elevator (3rd floor access), and weak air conditioning in some rooms.

• Relación calidad-precio7,0

Mixed signals on price: some find it slightly overpriced given the old building and limited modern facilities; guests also mention paying extra for parking and wanting the option of a lower room rate without breakfast.

• Comida y bebida8,4

Mixed feedback: the attached restaurant and some breakfasts receive high praise (huge/best breakfast, good restaurant), but there are complaints about cold eggs/coffee and cramped breakfast seating at times.

• Experiencia general9,6

Generally very positive overall: charming, atmospheric hotel with many repeat guests and strong service and location, tempered by aging facilities and occasional amenity/comfort issues.
