+ Nice hostel in a good area closer to the bus and train stations. Check in straight forward. A couple of bars and restaurants right across the road. All good

+ La posizione è abbastanza comoda, vicino alla centrale degli autobus

− Mai più! Abbiamo lasciato le valige in custodia per due ore prima di partire per l'aeroporto. Quando siamo tornati a riprenderle abbiamo aspettato un'ora fuori, suonando il campanello e chiamando al telefono. Nessuno ci apriva. Stavamo per perdere l'aereo. Terribile. E fuori con noi c'era anche un altro ospite che aveva prenotato e telefonato per avvisare che stava arrivando. Mai più!!!! E Booking dovrebbe toglierlo dalle sue offerte.

+ The hotel has a good location near the bus and train station, with a big room and a spacious, modern bathroom

− The room was poorly maintained. The window shutter didn't close completely, letting too much light in, and some of the light bulbs were broken. On top of that, the Wi-Fi wasn't working. Furthermore, during our 3-day stay, the room was never cleaned, despite us putting out the 'please clean room' sign every day. It definitely needs an upgrade

+ The location is fine, relatively close to the train station. The check-in process is simple, the staff were friendly, and the room was clean.

− The room is very small and poorly equipped, with a bedside table on only one side of the bed. The mattress is not very comfortable, and the room’s design feels like it belongs to a bygone era, with only minor, cheap-looking renovations. When I first entered the room, there was a strong smell of sewage, although it did not persist. The room faces a busy area, and the soundproofing is poor. The price of the room is far too high for what it offers. I recommend looking for something else!

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo

+ Camera - per il prezzo - abbastanza fornita con grande armadio, aria condizionata più che funzionante, bagno spazioso. Personale cordiale. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

− La camera non era pulitissima al mio arrivo (angoli con capelli, tavolo sporco) e aveva un vago odore di fumo di sigaretta, che poi però se n’è andato (probabilmente era colpa degli operai che stanno lavorando per ristrutturare l’hotel). Inoltre una tovaglia nella doccia era visibilmente sporca, ma alla mia richiesta mi è stata fornita subito una pulita dalla reception. Il bagno non ha abbastanza ganci o superfici di appoggio.

− Strašně v pokoji jde všechno slyšet. V podstatě když někdo mluví ve vedlejším pokoji je to jako by byl ten člověk vedle vás. Není zde ani malá lednička. Mikrovlnka a třeba malá kuchyňka aspoň na patře taky moc chybí. Úklid jeden den nebyl ani proveden i když jsem pokoj označila včas. Balkónek sice byl ale není na něm ani jak usušit plavky. A co bylo nejhorší ten zápach v pokoji jakoby asi z kanalizace.
